We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is kind and communicative. My family and I thought home was clean, spacious, and had beautiful finishes and woodwork. The great room with the high ceiling and exposed beams was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The Buffalo Bills gear that adorned the game room was fun and cool. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The property was just perfect for hosting my sister’s bridal shower/bachelorette weekend. The house was stocked with pretty much anything a person could need. The owner was very responsive to messages. Everyone in my group loved it. Thank you!

This home exceeded all our expectations!!! Our hosts thought of EVERYTHING. The house is amazing by itself. As an old farm house, the character shows up no matter where you turn. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in and the griddle and grill are great!! Add to all that the hosts attention to detail with all the furnishings and play thins is amazing!!

We were in town for a family reunion in Springville. It was the perfect place for our family of 9. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Springville and 10 minutes to Ellicottville. The large kitchen and family area gave us a place to gather while there.
The home has so much to offer, unfortunately we didn’t use any due to being with family until late. We were basically there to sleep and have breakfast. We would definitely rent again.

Everything about our 5 day stay was wonderful
The host had games for all ages to enjoy and the house was stocked with everything we neeed for a 5 day stay and more
I would highly recommend this place for a fun vacation in fact we will stay here again

We just returned from a few days in Ellicottville with some friends and our kids for New Year’s. The home was beautiful, a great location a few miles out of town and close to Holiday Valley. Tina was wonderful to communicate with! We would love to come back!

My daughter wanted a small trip instead of big party for her 16th birthday. Myself and a small group of her friends spent the weekend with her here. It was a great time and despite the weather, the girls took full advantage of the house amenities. It was clean and lots of room for all.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and out of town but a quick easy drive to everything happening in Town!!
We had some plans in town for Saturday..but hung out a good bit at the house playing pool and just chatting! It was the perfect way to unwind!

The house was very cozy and spacious. Our host was super nice. The drive to town wasn't too far, and we chose good dates and we're able to go to taste of Ellicottville. Would recommend others to stay at Tina's

My family was staying in Western NY for a funeral and needed a large house to hold us. I absolutely loved the quiet atmosphere of Tina's house. Ellicottville was easily accessible within 10 minutes. The house was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and then some! Tina was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The only thing my kids were upset about was not being able to take the barn cat from across the street home with us :) Thank you so much!

This Enchanting, quiet & spacious renovated farm home is only 6 min to Ellicottville Restaurants & Shops. The kitchen will inspire the gourmet cook in everyone!!
