This property was just what we needed for a suprise family getaway.
The property is exactly as described, the location to coffee store and lovely restaurants. The property location and area is safe and we were just 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach.
It was a breeze checking in, even though we got into the city late that evening and property managers were warm and easy to communicate with. Ms. Brandy also recommended family friendly activities to do with our child

Good food places and beach within walking distance. Clean and tidy home. If I had to fix one thing, it would be softer, better bedding. Overall, it was a nice experience and would book here again!

Made a pit stop in St. Augustine after a cruise and opted for this property for a brief 2-night stay on our way home. We're genuinely impressed with both the property itself and the owner's exceptional attentiveness and accommodating demeanor. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with brand-new appliances, and the upstairs shower was simply fantastic! Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood, it's conveniently close to the beach and some outstanding restaurants. Notably, we discovered a taco joint just a block away that stole our hearts. Our stay was beyond satisfying, and we'll certainly return if our future travels lead us back to St. Augustine.

This house provided a perfect place for our family to stay for a quick weekend trip to Saint Augustine. We could walk to the beach and were just minutes from downtown by car. The house itself is charming and has a very spacious backyard. Beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Will definitely look to book this place again in the future!

Clean, organized and comfy. It was perfect for us and the location was incredibly convenient as well. We spent lots of time out hangin out on the couch outside. We loved having coffee and tacos in less than a block away. Looking forward to the next time. Stay without hesitation.

The place was convenient to multiple locations as well as the beach. Very nice place to stay as a couple or with a small family. Loved the place!!! The only thing that would have made it better was if it had a washer and dryer. But it was still awesome!!!

We had a great stay here and I’d love to stay again in the future. One block from the beach and right in the middle of great restaurants within walking distance.
The space was pristine clean and decorated so nicely! There are no complaints. Comfortable beds and quiet area. The outdoor shower and half bath downstairs was nice to have too.

This property was the perfect spot for a quick staycation for a concert at the amp. Great location for the beach, coffee and restaurants, etc. I loved the simplistic decor, updated and very clean. If I had one negative thing - I would just suggest a full length mirror! Close enough to the touristy spots, yet just far enough away. We will be back.

This property was so amazing! Very close to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants. The property was so clean with such cute decor. As a family of four we were very comfortable and our boys loved the backyard as well!

Located just 1 block from the beach, this duplex unit was perfect for our Spring Break trip.
Location is excellent, close to beach and restaurants. They even have 2 bikes. Would be even better if equipped with a few more beach toys and a few more beach chairs
As you've read, the unit doesn't have a washer and dryer but honestly was not an issue knowing this in advance.

We enjoyed our visit to St Augustine Beach. Our rental was as advertised. It was close to the beach, restaurants and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine.

This place worked out great for us! We came for a long weekend and concert at the Amp. The place was clean and comfortable. It was furnished well with amenities, including beach chairs, bikes, and a backyard with shade & a deck & furniture. The short walk to the beach was easy and the coffee shop around the corner was great! It was very convenient to what we wanted to do, and it’s cute as well. Do notice that there is no washer & dryer, which was not an issue for us.

This was a fine location for us gathering with friends in St Augustine. The place was clean, comfortable beds, private, close to beach and restaurants. When we had a small problem management/ maintenance was quick to respond. Definitely would recommend.

Such a fun getaway! This was the perfect location with the beach across the street and a quick drive to downtown! We had one hickup at checkin but Anthony was on top of it right away and was very quick to resolve the issue! Overall it was a perfect stay! It also very close to some yummy food! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location of this house and the proximity to the beach. We were able to walk 2 minutes over to the beach and catch New Year’s Eve fireworks. The house was super clean and the under the stairs play area stocked with toys was a huge hit with our 2.5 year old. Neighborhood was quiet which was surprising considering we stayed over New Year’s! The couch and tv area was very comfortable. Our only complaint was we wished it had a washer and dryer and the kitchen sink disposal was not currently working. Otherwise definitely recommend and would stay here again if we are ever back.
