Everything about this property was amazing! The view of the ocean, the beautiful furnishings, the functional layout, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels… this place is a 10/10! Without any hesitation, I would definitely recommend this property. I hope to rent in again in the future!!!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the ocean views and the tastefully decorated interior. The condo was immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication before and during our stay was prompt and informative, making the booking and check-in a breeze. Overall, our time at this beach condo was nothing short of exceptional. We cannot thank Frank & Rosa enough for sharing such a beautiful and well-appointed vacation rental. We look forward to returning to this beach condo and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect beach getaway.

This was our first visit to NSB and we were in town for a wedding. The condo exceed our expectations in every way. Just some of the areas it exceed expectations: Views- Incredible sunrise and sunset views from the massive balconies. Highlight was seeing 2 rocket Launches and a Rocket landing from the balcony. Beach - The complex is on the “no drive” section of the beach which essentially means you have the beach to your self. The condo has everything you could want for beach activities. Condo - is equipped with high end appliances and has all the necessary equipment you will need. Beds- Beds were incredibly comfortable Communication- The communication was just the right amount where we felt informed but not overwhelmed. Cleanliness- The condo was spotless and in great condition Other - if you are new to the area you have to eat one at the Garlic. Best restaurant!!!!

We are three retired sisters who spent 4 nights in the apartment and wish it could have been longer. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Views of both the sunrise and sunset were fantastic, and we enjoyed long walks on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, and everything was clean. Frank responded quickly to all communications. We would definitely stay again.

Family had a wonderful beach vacation. Accommodations and location were just as promised. Had a wide variety of beach toys to play with. The added convenience of having beach toys, and towels were wonderful.’ Two quick notes - when booking our dates - just 10 days prior, I was we had been told of the construction, workmen, inconvenience and not being able to use the second balcony - off the master. #2 - there is abeautiful hostess tray & Cheese cutter dep tray (that has a broken lighthouse on the tray. It was like that upon our arrival -,I wish the was either fixed or remover.

I have always dreamed of staying at a place right on the ocean. This place was perfect. The beach area was so clean and not crowded at all. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids (2)-18 year olds and a 16 year old. I definitely want to come back..

The condo was everything and more than the description and pics promised. Absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing . Everyone had a fabulous time!

Was a great location for a family vacation! Super clean. The kitchen and linens were very well stocked!!! Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful !!! It was just the right space for our family of 5. We had everything we needed. The wrap around balcony was a favorite ! The owner is kind and communicated a few things we needed to know through the Vrbo messenger. We had a slight hiccup at check-in but again the owner handled it right away !!!! It wasn’t his fault at all - there was just a small mixup in the office. It was taken care of swiftly and we were in on our way to the beautiful view. There is some exterior renovation going on in a few places so it was a little challenging getting to the pool… lots of steps. We would absolutely stay here again !
