Wish there was more updated information on the Resort Fee.
Just saying that they can't do anything about the information on Booking.com seems irresponsible.
Even the $40 a night they stated on their own Vacasa website is wrong and they charged $50 a night.

I will not ever use vacasa to book any stays. I was told that the room was 223/night. After all their hidden fees it went up over double that to $480/night. Then they didn't mention on top of all their fees there would be resort fee of $50. If you continue using vacasa ask them to be upfront with all their pricing, because as a guest I felt deceived then it dampened my enjoyment of the resort.

Put a public review on the property. We had to leave a day early due to not being able to get much use out of the facilities. Trash wasnt removed despite repeated requests so it made the room smell gross after a couple nights. Couldn’t get bell service or valet service and requests to Vacasa were not answered quickly so we could never get answers. Will never stay at a vacasa related property again.

Location, surroundings, and views.
Main pool was not heated. It felt like melted snow. If they tell you otherwise, they haven't been in it. They kid pool was heated.

Public space is still in pretty good shape but hot tub jets do not work
Rooms need a facelift. Bathrooms are 30 years old as is the bureau, which was falling apart. The relationship between the hotel, booking.com and Vacasa is very confusing. We were sold an upgrade through Booking that neither the hotel or Vacasa could tell us the difference in the rooms. It was a ripoff. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel (which is exactly what it was) for four nights to never have the bed made once or receive any housekeeping.

I was surprised that nobody came to clean the place at all in our 6 days stay at that hotel facility . I will not book thru Booking.com in the future !

Location was great. Facilities were excellent, especially the gym and hot tub. Checking in and out was easy. Everything was as expected or better.

Spacious units and the property is in a wonderful location
Everything is very spread out, so it is quite a schlep from the parking to the lobby to the rooms…

Beautiful views from our room. The convenient cafe downstairs. Very convenient shuttle service to the Villages. The room was very comfortable.

Amenities were great and the ski/snowboard experience was amazing!
The resort charged $170 in resort fee which was not intimated to us while booking. So we ended up paying much more than we thought we would have to.

room was advertised as a suite and was not. people staying next to us were loud and rude into the night. bathroom needed upgrading as fan did not work. phone also did not work so had to walk to front desk to try and get people to be quiet.
