Apartment had good kitchen, decent beds and rooms with quiet AC if needed.

Apartment complex is not in a very good part of the town; extremely noisy neighborhood given size of town (small) and neighbors/apartment dwellers screaming at each other in the morning (not sure of reason). We were warned by the renter that "if there was extreme noise (with neighbors) to call him and he would take care of it! Not sure what that would have led to? Stairway up to apartment was dark and no lift (we did not need one as we are all able bodied but it is a 3 flight walk up stairs with luggage).

Our host met us at the premises and showed us around the apartment. He spoke excellent English :-). The apartment has everything from WiFi to dishwasher. Within 500 meters you find restaurants, boulangerie etc. Parking is easy.

The flat is very spacious and it is great if you travel with teenager children who each want their room ! It has been recently renovated and simply decorated. It is well orientated and there´s plenty of natural light .

The illumination is too basic as the lamps are too simple ( mainly a light bulb and a simple lamp holder which allowed too much light through ! ). Also, the toilet lid moved too much whenever you sat and it felt very strange ( it should be changed ! ).

The location was great! Just minutes down the street is a large skatepark, soccer fields, and swimming pool.

You have to go up several flights of stairs. We didn’t mind this at all… but if stairs are difficult for you, this might not be the best fit.

One word, 'wow!'. Often when things seem too good to be true, they are, but not in this case.. exceptional communication, friendliness, ease of getting access and shown around the apartment, the apartment itself. Everything was exceptional! Thank you so much to Jawad and family for our amazing stay here on our way back to the UK from Spain.

Nothing. Everything was far and above our expectations.

The light filled place was very clean, parking was easy (large apt lot), and there’s a great cross breeze in the apt that keeps it very cool (even better than the AC) which was wonderful given the summer heat. Internet was fast even with 6 people on and our host was super responsive (not that we needed much during our stay as it was well equipped and everything worked well). There’s also a large public sports facility/pool nearby— for those who want to work out.

Shops weren’t walk-ably close (ie more than a couple blocks away), but then we had a car so used it for all our needs.
