Wife and I took a short weekend trip to Lexington for a football game. Home had everything we could possibly need and was in great location to UK and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We were absolutely blown away by this perfect house so close to everything we wanted to see! The first thing I noticed was both how clean it was and how closely it matched the pictures. And so much room! The first bedroom, right when you walk in, has an ensuite bathroom with the shower and toilet behind the door and the sink outside - perfect for getting ready in the morning. The second bedroomis at the back and is next to the second full bath that also contains the laundry room. Although we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was spacious and would have been well equipped for all of our needs (and there is a Kroger 5 minutes away for groceries). The house is well kept - even the fans were dust free! - and roomy with little touches like a great area guide made by the host and welcome snacks left in the kitchen. 10 minutes away from historic downtown and 20 or so from popular spots like Keeneland and Woodford Reserve. We will be sure to try to book this house on our next trip.

This property was awesome for us and our dogs--our 5th one of six VRBOs on an extended vacay. Easily the nicest and cleanest, including and especially the backyard. One simple thing lacking in a 5star +++ property was the range. The oven did not work and the stove top was difficult at best. It did not match the high quality of every other detail. If we return to Lexington, we will definitely hope to stay at this property, for sure, and hope to see that one minor detail updated.

This was our 2nd stay in this home & everything you need is here. Its clean & stocked with all the necessities. And a few nice welcome touchs. Rear yard & Patio are nice & clean. Great neighborhood. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Clean, welcoming and every amenity we could’ve needed. Beautiful neighborhood and minutes to a huge park which was just what we needed for daily dog walks.

We came to visit our daughter & grandchildren. This house was “perfect”. Very clean. In a great location (Kroger nearby, any kind of restaurant you want and of course the nice dog park). We will definitely be back!

This house was great. Located close to everything and the dog park was super close. We loved that it had two king size beds.

It’s not always easy finding a pet-friendly place on the road, but Hartland’s Hideaway was one of the best. Safe, secure fenced yard, with nicely updated interior. Everything a traveling family needs. Festive holiday decor was a surprise bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during one of Lexington’s coldest Christmases ever.

Our stay was amazing and comfy! We wanted to extend because we loved this home so much. Nice backyard for your fur baby. In a great area. Close to everything! Will be staying again.

Perfect location, incredibly clean and comfy!

Having dogs can be a challenge when looking for a place to stay. My husband and I were so happy to find Hartland's Hideaway on Vrbo, and it exceeded our expectations. Tucked in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Lexington, it was easy to find and easy to fall in love with. The home is well-maintained and very well cared for. It was very clean. Both bedrooms have a king bed with one bedroom having an en suite bathroom. The other bathroom contains a washer and dryer that would definitely come in handy if we stayed longer. The kitchen was lovely and had everything a person needs from dinnerware to cookware. The fridge was not stocked but only because we didn't request anything ahead of time. We did order our dinner from Domino's Pizza (really nice customer service there, too!) and left behind the bottles of soda we did not open. The fenced backyard was as beautiful as presented in the property photos. Our dogs were able to walk and run freely... priceless!! Hartland's Hideaway is definitely 5 stars!

Came to Lexington to meet my daughter for a interview she had. Brought our Goldendoodle. House was perfect for us and her. One level, no stairs was perfect. Has was so clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again:)

Great place for a girls trip. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city. The owner was super responsive to any thing we needed. Would definitely stay again!
