This company tried to cancel my reservation the day of because I was a local resident. Nowhere in the listing did it say they wouldn’t rent out to locals. I paid a refundable deposit to keep the place after explaining this was a business event. The lady that said she would check to see if I could check in early never called me back. When we got there, there was as white powder on the table that looked like it came from some work on the ceiling. The couch was torn on the side and the stove top light kept saying it was hot when it wasn’t even on. There were bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. It was freezing on the right side of the house upstairs while the left side had all of the heat and yes the vents were open. Too much hassle to deal with a place that wasn’t even up to par.

Excellent house for a large unrelated group. Lots of privacy for couples. Great area for games or just hanging out. I highly recommend this place for your group of 10 or more.

Very spacious house

I went against my better judgment in booking this home. Other reviews mentioned cleanliness and they weren’t wrong!! House is filthy!! First night we had to take down all the smoke alarms that were beeping all through the night due to low batteries and purchase new batteries out of pocket…so many Roaches in kitchen. I sent videos to the property manager. Second day there part of the shower wall FELL OFF!! They said they would send someone to fix it, they showed up tried to tack it back on with caulk and when it didn’t work just told us to shower in it anyways! Hair all over the walls and floors of bathrooms. Property manager promised a refund but instead charged us cause we left luggage there a few extra hours do to a truck problem!! Absolutely disgraceful and would never ever stay at one of their properties again!!

House was great. Only thing is the house had a lot of insects and webs on baseboards and outside patio and furniture. Needs lighting for backyard. I emailed regarding the bottom floor room with ants. We would stay at your properties again. Good experience.

horrible experience the worst of the worst the house did not have air conditioning they only brought fans they did not help at all and they do not want to make a refund the parking lot of the house is very ugly I think that damaged my truck I have proof

We have rented from VRBO many times in the past and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. When we arrived and entered the home, it was filthy and run down. The pictures absolutely did not accurately represent reality. The floors were very dirty, and the bathroom had hair in the shower and on the toilet. The beds looked sunken in. We quickly realized that we weren’t comfortable staying in the home. I called the property management company, and asked them to either allow us to move to another property or refund us. They asked me to send in the pictures, which I did. After several back and forth exchanges, they said they didn’t have any other properties to move us to, and they would only refund 50% of the cleaning fee. I asked for the situation to be escalated, and they said someone from management would call me. I’ve yet to receive a call, and it has been over a week. Due to the unsanitary conditions, we left the home and had to find a local hotel to stay in and lost $1,400 because they would not give any type of refund. I’m writing this review because I don’t want the same thing to happen to another family.
