Property was very convenient to all CDA has to offer and short trip to Silverwood! Property was as advertised and communicating with the host was simple and very responsive. My family had a great time and property has great neighbors in the building as well. Everyone was very friendly!

Love the accommodations - the stay was great the place was clean - suited our needs and we will definitely like to stay here again if and when we come back . Everything we needed was close by and the family enjoyed the stay - thank you 5 out of 5 definitely worth the stay

Positives: Location, size and layout of condo, amenities, cleanliness, communication, lots of accessible parking for large truck.
Negatives: Finding the right lobby to access condo. But the management company contacted the owner who contacted us right away for help. Pillows are very firm so consider bringing your own.

We like to visit CDA every year and this place is my to-go place. Close to malls and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. warm welcoming from host who is also a good communicator. We will definitely come back.

The house was very nice and comfortable. It felt like home and helped us to relax.

This property was perfect for our group and was, in fact, the only property I could find without stairs being required and a walk in shower for our elderly parents. There was plenty of seating when other family members visited us and the kitchen was very well stocked. Master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the beds were very comfortable.

Property was great! Convenient, clean and a great kitchen to cook in. All ages were comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Loved the farmers market in shopping area in the evening!

The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved the location and some of our family stayed in a unit close by. Access was easy, and covered parking was available very close by. The unit is located in a new development with a movie theater, restaurants and other services that are walkable.

Beautiful condo! Spacious and great location! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and little extras (like beach towels) were a pleasant surprise. Would stay again!

Bldg location was incorrect so couldn't find our building. No instruction book for new residents- no TV inst., didn't know where to put the trash, dish washer and clothes washer didn't work correctly. Didn't have hair dryers until we called and got manager to bring us 2.

We loved our stay and loved Coeur D’Alene. The only hiccup was the door code not opening but they called me back pretty quick and we got in. Also… it’s not Lobby A but Lobby 3. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need and then some. That leather couch was especially comfortable!

We enjoy the location and large space this place offers vs a cramped hotel room. Easy to park and enter. Simple instructions to leave. Fantastic restaurants and shops all around, even a movie theater! Thanks!

We took the whole family to CDA for Christmas this year. This condo couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere of Riverstone and really appreciated that we could walk to dinner. The condo was spotless and we were there during a cold spell and it kept us toasty and warm.

The condo was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, (plenty of room for our family of 5) clean, beautifully decorated and all the basics were provided. We absolutely loved the location. It was very quiet and in a cute area. Definitely would book here again. Thank you very much!

Unit was very nice and the beds are so comfortable . We were having a lot of trouble with the door lock and actually had to leave the unit unlocked a lot of the time because we were afraid I couldn’t get back in. I think having a contact number to call from the host that is in Coeur d’Alene and not an umbrella company in another city would have been such a help. Also a 10 o’clock check out with a charge if you want to stay a little later seems unreasonable.

We stayed 3 nights with 2 adults and 3kids. Perfect location for fun activities, restaurants and shops. Very well maintained units and sufficient supplies.
