The property’s kitchen was well equipped.. the refrigerator was a bit of a challenge with the locking door but was manageable. There was plenty of room for our group 8 adults and 5 kids. The hot tube was enjoyed by all. There was a good supply of pool passes and parking passes. The kids loved the bear in the dining room!!

There was not a lot of outside play space. The beds in the twin bed room were extremely uncomfortable and very noisy.

We liked the access to a pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. The large size fit our group of four families with children nicely.

Some of the ceiling lights in the bedrooms and basement were not working. There was no Netflix streaming as indicated on the listing, in fact the television was not internet enabled. The drain in the upstairs bathroom tub was clogged and drained very slowly—after one shower, you would be standing in a few inches of water. It was kind of inconvenient to have to take garbage bags out a couple blocks away. There could have been more toilet paper - we ran out in the first floor and 2nd floor bathroom as we were checking out and our stay was only a 3 nights. The bbq grill was filthy. There was no way to reach the owners —all issues had to be communicated/resolved through the rental management company, Vacasa. All my attempts to resolve issues felt very impersonal and gave me the impression that the management company did not know that much about the property.

the decor was awesome, a true mountain house. the beds were comfortable, the bar downstairs was great

the outdoor grill was extremely dirty, tough to get started.
