This home is well cared for and very comfortable for a family. We enjoyed swimming as well as just enjoying each other's company. Owners were responsive to questions. I recommend staying here and would stay again.

This home was very comfortable with a warm swimming pool for those cool summer night swims. Neighborhood was quiet and close to all essential shopping. Would definitely stay again

Gordan had great communication and it was an easy check in process. The house was very clean and in a Nice and quiet neighborhood. The home had regular household items like ziplock bags, sunscreen, batteries and tylenol which really came in handy. Loved the inside layout becuse the master was on the other side of the house from the smaller rooms which gave the adults some space from the kiddos lol. There was a binder that had local information as well as clear rules / expectations and additional info for the home which was really helpful. The backyard area is very peaceful, was awesome for watching gorgeous Arizona sunsets and of course the kiddos loved the pool! We loved this property and highly recommend it !!

Had a great weeks stay. Weather was great so got to use the pool a lot. Convenient to many restaurants and bars. House was well stocked. Will hopefully be back.

We enjoyed Arizona very much. The house is fabulous and the hosts are very easy to work with. They have a great system for check-in and check-out. The weather was beautiful and we can’t wait to return next year!

We enjoyed our time staying at this house. It was perfect for us to get away for a week. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard/pool as we would have liked because of the cool temps, but it seemed peaceful. We would stay here again if traveling back to this area.

We had a wonderful time. My friend of 60 yrs and her husband. My sister lives in phoenix and we got to visit with her. My friends niece live in san tan and she enjoyed our stay too

The house is exactly stated, the pictures are very accurate. We had a few hiccups as we checked in but Gordon our host was on it and got it corrected very quickly! I would stay again.

This was my first time using Vrbo and the experience I encountered was amazing. Gordon and his wife have done an excellent job with this home. Everything about it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is welcoming and offers plenty of room. The pool area is nice and offers an extension to the living space. Gordon was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is fantastic, very clean, extremely well equipped, the owners (Gord) wonderful to work with very helpful and informative. We would come back to this house anytime we are in the Phoenix area.

Great newer 3 bedroom house with private patio and pool. Our family enjoyed the warm getaway for Christmas. Gordon is a great host, and we will be staying here again when in the Phoenix area. A+ property.

Overall my wife and I had a wonderful time at this property. The neighborhood was not the best. We didn't have any issues, but the neighbors had a dog that barked a lot and it looked like they weren't following the HOA policies.
Again, overall it was a great stay and everything as advertised online.

We took a chance and booked our stay when there were no reviews yet, but we're so glad we did! The house was well-stocked, comfortable and peaceful! We loved the location and the back yard full of peaceful palm trees. This house is the perfect place to stay , don't hesitate to book it!

We had a fantastic week staying at this property!! Everything we possibly could have needed was available to us! It was very clean, decorated so cute and the bed was so comfy!!! The pool was perfect and a great refreshing way to spend our days in the heat! I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the San Tan Valley area♥️

We recently sold our home in Maine and our new home in Arizona wasn’t quite ready for us to move into this home was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, comfortable and functional for us. The pool was wonderful and the communication with our host was great. We would recommend this one to our friends!

Me and my family stayed at this home for a little over 3 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire house, pool and amenities. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property!
