We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful lakeside home. The view is so pretty and having the extra screened in area was great for our family. We ate our meals outside and played many corn hole games. The other popular thing was the movie theatre. We watched a movie together almost every night while enjoying Bluebell ice cream.
Kim was great to work with and we hope to book with her again

This place was just right for our family vacation. We had three couples with five kids and plenty of rooms and spaces to be together or take moments alone.
We used the kayaks but no swimming in the lake for us. Lots of fishing was had and a few bites here and there but so much fun to be near the water.

This place was perfect for our family if 11! We had issues with the upstairs AC unit, but Kim was so responsive and sent some technicians at 9:30pm to fix the issue so our family could sleep comfortably. Any questions I had, Kim was right there for us over the Memorial Day weekend ready to help. There’s a lot of light switches, so learn them when you arrive lol.

This Lake Hamilton home is massive, and quite beautiful! The pool & lanai area was quite large and provided for much entertainment for adults and kiddos! It was the perfect place for our baby shower! It never felt crowded at all! Access to the kayaks sealed the deal and we’re so much fun!

The house was great! Few things we had to figure out like all the light switches as there were a lot lol. Kim was super helpful with everything and very quick to respond with any questions. The movie theater was the hit with everyone! We all want one in our homes now. The outside space was great! Pool was a tad cold but not their fault, have to blame the colder than normal weather and not much sun. Overall we were very happy with the size of the home and the space available for our large group!

I want to say that I have used short term rentals throughout the country and in several other countries and this was by far the easiest and most welcoming of accommodations. The home was beautiful, warm inviting with great amenities and directions for everything. I would highly recommend this place and the services of Kim!!! Best stay ever! Thank you so much for marking this milestone event for our family such a special occasion.

It was a significant birthday for me, and all my kids and grandkids came from all over the country to help me celebrate. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the house was perfect. It was extremely clean, which is always a good sign. The pool area and outside kitchen was amazing, and we made good use of it. Kim was an excellent hostess, and she was very quick on answering when we needed something. Five stars all around!!

Great Potential
Had the property been fully functioning, it would have been 5 stars. Upstairs shower made constant noise, downstairs toilet was not usable, outside pool lights did not work, stovetop could only have one burner in use at a time. Other than those issues, the house was great. The lake is also very murky, which is not the owner’s fault, but still unfortunate.

Family vacation @ Lake Hamilton
We stayed for a week for a family vacation. The house is huge! Plenty of beds and bedrooms. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels for everyone, including towels for the pool. We spent most of our time outside by the pool. Grill, fire pit, outdoor fridge were great! Also, kayaks to use in the lake. Kim from itrip was always responsive with a phone call or text whenever we had a question or concern. Would definitely stay again if traveling to this area. Thanks for the great memories!
