My family and mother-in-law stayed at Twin Oaks during our recent visit to Ocean Springs. We were all VRBO rookies but were very pleased with our experience. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for our stay. Communication with the property manager was very clear and quick when we had any questions. We would definitely stay again!

This property was clean and updated and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but extremely close to downtown, the beach and other attractions. We stayed here with our two dogs and there is a nice, large backyard but is not fully enclosed. We were able to take evening walks and felt safe.

Only bad thing was an early checkout.

We Loved this property! It was so clean and just perfect for our group of 6 ladies! We had a world wind trip to Laurel then to Ocean Springs. It was a wonderful adventure, and our stay in Ocean Springs was just perfect.

This house was very clean, nice facilities, good neighborhood, it was quiet, and everything was just as advertised.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! I was here to visit my husband who is in Biloxi for his tech school from the Air Force, and this house was nearby his base. We liked that it was dog friendly, so I was able to bring our dog to see him. The house was nice, and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed visiting Ocean Springs. If we visit here again, we will definitely book here! Communication with the property manager was great as well, he would get in contact with me very quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

The house was clean and well furnished and was a good location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown ocean springs with lots of restaurants.

We stayed here for our anniversary / Memorial weekend with our kids, and upon arrival, this unit was beautiful. The communication with the property manager was great when the door code didn't initially work, and we quickly got in. The only downfall right when we got there were the stray cats that stayed nearby the entire trip while also leaving large poo piles in the driveway. We literally had to step around the large mounds to get to our car. The major problem was the master bathroom backed up completely leaving us in ankle deep water. We received an email earlier in the week about it being old plumbing so we made sure not to flush any unnecessary items down the drains, but even with plunging the shower and the toilet, water backed up into the master bedroom. We also noticed some water backing up into the hallway bathroom as well. We then had to use all of the clean towels, plunge facilities while trying to get dressed for supper in nice clothes, and when attempting to contact the manager, it took a nasty phone call to get a return response. The owner then sent his mother to come clean the unit since it was a Saturday night during a holiday weekend. They assured us a plumber would be out to fix the lines, yet when the mother showed up, she did something in the hall bathroom that magically drained all the lines and fixed the issue. A plumber never showed up nor any consolation to our inconvenience was offered. We don't recommend this property for these reasons.

Great place to stay while visiting Ocean Springs. Very comfortable and less than 10 minutes from downtown. Quiet street and the local cats were so sweet!

The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood that was away from the touristy feel of Biloxi but close enough for quick fun!

We were so happy with everything about this property and our entire stay was so easy. It has been completely redone and the furnishings, beds, and appliances are top notch. It also felt much bigger than we were expecting. We visit the area several times a year and will definitely stay here again.

The property was cute and close to both the beach and downtown. Communication and check in was super easy.

The house was perfect for our girl's trip. It was close enough to downtown and the beach for us to ride our bikes! Downtown Ocean Springs is so amazing. We loved the house, all new appliances and very clean.

I planned this trip for my mom and I. I grew up in Ocean Springs and have lived away from here for almost 30 years. We can back to visit friends. It was a great place to sit and visit!

Chris’ home is impeccably clean and had everything my teenage children and I needed for a short trip to Ocean Springs. It is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach and is in a quiet area.

Just an absolutely adorable home in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a very relaxing stay. The Lil Market Deli & Bagelry was so good. The deli sandwiches & bagels are a must have. The property manager was great. We definitely will be returning!

We rented the property for a tennis tournament weekend. Really nice proximity to Treasure Oaks and one of the other sites but a little farther to downtown Ocean Springs so had to drive there. The house was clean. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture. Lots of cats in the neighborhood including one who was always on the back porch. He was very friendly so honestly added to our stay. Be sure to bring your own AppleTV or have the ability to log into a streaming service as there was no TV service available. We are YouTube TV subscribers which was not one of the options that we could find on the TV which was not a big deal to us but a consideration if you will be watching something. Our only other issue was getting hot water in the master bath shower. It was set to a gentle, rain shower type mode so the flow rate did not trigger the tankless system. Figured out soon enough but was not obvious to those of us who don’t have a tankless water heater. Overall nice house. Would stay here again.
