I cannot say enough great things about this stay. Absolutely everything was wonderful! The home is located in a gated community, which itself is a view. Great access to the beach, scenic walks, and the silence at night (chef's kiss). This truly was our home away from home for a weekend. My daughter loved her "home." Our host was attentive, responsive, and overall the best. My grandparents, mother, and spouse all enjoyed Kenley's Cottage. It was worth every penny and more.

The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, we really appreciate that. We played a ton of pickleball, loved that availability. Walking distance to the beach, margaritas and ice cream.

Had a good time. Pool was nice and gym was convenient. Walking to beach was easy and great area.

We rented the house for a month over the winter. The house is an excellent rental in a great location. Easy walk to the public beaches and super close to everything in Destin to do. The property manager is super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay at Kennedy’s Cottage, the house is well kept and comfortable for our family. We loved Destiny East and how close it is to the beach. Property manager (Lou) was very attentive and responded promptly to all our requests. we will definitely comeback !

Good location and access to the beach. Nice pickleball courts and pool in gated community. Unfortunately, not enjoyable to sit on back porch as the view is a tiny yard with dead grass and a massive recent remodel next door. Old food and trash found under couches in living room. Small living room and not a great hang out space for larger group of adults/teens. Property owner was responsive when contacted. Best feature is access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Our stay was AMAZING! We could not say enough good things about this house and the property manager! SUPER nice and helpful! The house is in the perfect location! A simple 3 minute ride to the beach that really only feels like 1 minute! Within 10 minutes, you have left the house and you are set up in a perfect spot on the beach! The house is also in the middle of Destin commons and silver sands outlets! The pool and playground at the clubhouse are amazing as well! All in all, 10 out of 10!

All the amenities of home! Well kept home with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach day. Community area was very nice as well. Great communication with property owners from booking to checking out. So much to do and see in Destin Florida. We would choose this area and house again! Thank you for a great experience!

We needed a getaway before the holidays so some friends and I planned an impromptu workcation. There was enough space that we were all able to work efficiently. The neighborhood is stunning and warranted us to enjoy the beauty and take daily strolls. The pictures don’t do this place justice! While it is a luxury stay, it also gives a very comfortable and home feel. The decor is beautiful. It is well equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. We had no issues. The checkin was an easy process. The owners left a detailed book of requirements and area suggestions. The property is very close to everything you need to include the beach. (That’s why we go to FL right?) 😀 I love the guestbook idea. We’d definitely come back! You can run/walk the neighborhood, go to the fitness center or just have tea on the patio. Thank you Lou for opening your property for vacationers!

The home was exactly as pictured. Host was very accommodating. Location is amazing. The beautiful subdivision is literally right across the street from the beach. But also has access to a neighborhood pool. Beach towels and chairs were available for use. 15 minute drive to the HarborWalk Village. Overall Great place.

Our stay at Lou’s home was perfect from top to bottom. Literally only 1-2 minutes driving distance to the beach (through the Destiny at the Gulf gate) with fairly easy parking available. Home is stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. The cleaning team does an absolutely amazing job. Looking forward to booking again.

Trip was my daughter's HS graduation gift. We brought her and 4 friends (plus another Dad friend). House layout was perfect. The Dads had their own room plus bathroom and the girls used the bunk beds and then crashed the master bath/closet as needed. Even had an extra room if needed. It was a perfect set-up for a week long Beach slumber party. House is in great shape, newly renovated and well appointed. Only a couple minor set backs in terms of cookware for such a big group but we managed. House has a garage fridge for drinks and beach gear for 8 people. Didn't use grill so can't comment but plenty of space to spread out and unwind or all come together. Location is great for not being beach front. Gated neighborhood (when the gates were closed) so felt comfortable with the girls walking at night to the beach. It is an 8 minute walk to Destin Beach or the Crab trap parking lot. No need to drive but if you do the back exit of the neighborhood puts you on the main road and avoids beach front drive during peak hours. Community pool is nice for kids to play but by now the water temp is too warm to be refreshing. Ocean was much cooler. Check in and out was easy. Louie was great to work with, would definitely stay here again.

The home is in pristine condition. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. There were super nice beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a beach wagon and the list goes on! Conveniently located to the beach and incredible amenities such as pool and tennis court right on the resort and a very short walk. We are reserving for next year before we leave!
