The Sanders Beach Retreat was one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed at. The location is close to town and yet in a quiet neighborhood. April, the host, was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. The rental had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. If we come back to Coeur d'Alene we will stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of 4. We hiked and ran in Tubbs Hill across the street, swam in the lake, biked nearby, and walked to all our delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable and it’s a quiet area yet close to everything. The home was spotless and everything is very new and works great. The bedding, towels, etc were all great and they provided everything we needed and more. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very easy check in/out process. House was very clean and updated. Located right next to an awesome trail on Tubbs Hill. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in CDA!

2nd time staying here. The location is perfect! Close to downtown, east Tubbs park is right across the street with excellent hiking. Wildlife, saw deer and a beautiful fox! Property is clean and comfortable!

I had a good feeling about this property when I booked it. When we arrived, we were very impressed right away! The location speaks for itself with Tubb’s Hill Hiking right across the street and in a very charming neighborhood. But inside, it’s tastefully decorated and sooo clean and comfy! Were treated to deer and wild turkey wandering around. Delightful!

Half block to Tubbs Hill and close to Sanders beach. Walkable to all downtown shops/restaurants. Very clean and well appointed 2-bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner was easy and quick.

We absolutely loved this property! It is located in a wonderful neighborhood which is adjacent to the trail head of Tubbs Hill. It has great windows looking out on all the beautiful pine trees in the area. You can walk out the front door and down one block and you will be at the lake. The house is very spacious and very nicely decorated with such a fresh modern feel. Spotless and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. We loved being so close to the lake and hiking trails. Many things are within walking distance. Be sure and drive through the neighborhood and see the houses on Lakeshore Drive just 2 streets down. We loved staying here and highly recommend this property.

Very clean and cozy for family. Our daughters cuddled up on the couch for movie night and all three slept comfortably in the king size bed. Owners were helpful and quick to communicate throughout the process.

What a beautiful home in the middle of town! The place was perfect. Great hosts, perfect location to enjoy all that Coeur d’Alene has to offer. Highly recommended!!

Loved this spot for our family with two toddlers. Right across from a hike that was easy enough for our two and four year old, and walking distance to sanders beach, a park and restaurants. The host also had some toys, books, sand toys and beach towels which were small things that was super helpful for young families! The spot also felt super clean and newly built/renovated. Highly recommend

We loved our stay!!! It was the perfect location and the house is so cute! It had everything we needed and was very tidy and modern! Comfortable beds too :) April was very accommodating in helping us with baby extras :) Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this stay. I think it’s by far my favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the property was great.
The life after five on Wednesday nights is loud for those close to downtown. And this was close, but enough distance away to not be overwhelmed by the noise.
The hiking trail was perfect for morning, hikes, and afternoon sunsets. Close to beaches. And the property owners living next-door were phenomenal! I will definitely bookmark this listing and come again.

The property was perfect for our family of four. Two King beds made for great sleeping arrangements and there was plenty of room in the living room to hang out. The location is great for walking to Tubbs Hill, Sanders Beach or downtown.

It was our 1st time visiting CDA and we could not be happier with our VRBO choice. The property is beautifully appointed, light and bright, comfy, and perfectly situated so you can walk to downtown, resort, beach, and even hike tubbs hill. April was very helpful and answered every message right away - even when I asked same question twice. We highly recommend property!

Wonderful and accommodating hosts (we were able to check in a few hours early). Property is newly remodeled, very clean, and tastefully decorated. Felt very at home! 3 mins walk to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill hike directly across the street. Very safe neighborhood with wildlife all around. Close to downtown CDA, we walked! What a lovely place to spend the weekend, having coffee on the front porch and a cocktail at night! We will be back again for sure! Thank you so much! If you are wondering if you should book this place, just do it! You wondering regret it.

Exactly what is advertised! It is a short walk to public beach and walk or easily ride bikes to downtown area. Tubbs hill is right across the street with hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife including deer and turkeys.
Beds are comfortable and and kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely rebook here if we return to the area.

Great location!
This was the perfect jumping spot for our quick trip to CDA. We walked to dinner each night, and spent time at Tubb Hill. We loved the accommodations- perfect for our family of 4.

Awesome place
We had the time of our lives! The beach and Tubbs Hill nature trail were literally right outside the door! Downtown Coeur d’Alene is beautiful and also within walking distance. The decor in the rental was so fresh and tasteful, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. All rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back soon!
