The owner and manager are also kind and helpful. They immediately took care of anything we asked for help with.
Its location is also great. I have been to the island several times. I also recommend the villa to those who like a good view and meaningful rest. In the middle there are shops, restaurants and the beach at an arm's length.

Need some units downstairs, coming to such a hot climate, we had to spend a lot of time in our rooms

The house is amazing. Great location if you have a car. Also not too far to walk to the beach and shops/food places.
The rooms are all amazing. All rooms have great views with nice bathrooms. The house also has great facilities for everything you need. Kitchen equipment and conveniences etc.
We absolutely loved it here!
I wish there was air conditioning in the living room downstairs communal space. But it's a large area.
All bedrooms were fully air conditioned.
I also wish there was a hook above each bed for me to hang my mosquito net.

Loved the location. The villa was clean and spacious and the view was to die for. Well supplied with cutlery and crockery and towels and the hosts went the extra mile to help meet our additional needs for car rental, locating a chef and late check-out
The internet went down island-wide but was restored later that evening. However, no internet in the villa until a few hours before we left. This resulted in having to pay a significant amount for calls back to the UK.

I loved all of the amenities, the size and the location. it’s just lovely
I like to cook so maybe a few spices and coffee in the kitchen

I enjoyed the location, it was central based and I could easily get to many places nearby to eat and drink.
The pool was not clean and jacuzzi did not work and no one came to attend to it. Someone came the day before departure to clean and fill pool, however, the issue regarding the jacuzzi was never resolved. I rented this house because of the jacuzzi and I asked Kathryn prior arrival if the jacuzzi and pool worked and was told it did.

This property is a beautifully hidden gem in the heart of the coastal Black Rock community. The open airy feel of the house is complimented by it’s breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding area. The cleanliness of the house and swimming pool cannot be overstated. The security fence provides an additional level of comfort that I didn’t expect. Just. wonderful experience.
If I have to split hairs, I would say a smart tv would be nice for guests to use since cable can be knocked out during the rainy season.

Immaculate villa beautifully decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Pool and jacuzzi are stunning. We simply loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

The cleanliness.
We were unable to use the pool
and the hot tub and this was part of the package that was paid off and I think that there should be some kind of response as we were looking forward to using the amenities.
