Great home-base to explore Salida, as well as to hang out and chill at home. Great to have so many beds/baths for separate families and kids to be able to be there without getting in each others' way.

Kristi was a very welcoming host! The house was large, clean, and cozy. The location is unbeatable. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect property for our multi-generational family trip. It was a well-appointed set and a great location our host was very helpful. We loved it!

Property was convenient for walking to downtown area but home is located on a main thoroughfare. Functional house for 6 adults. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the traffic noise was not an issue. A few maintenance issues such as loose towel racks and flushing mechanisms should be addressed. Cloth kitchen towels could be supplied to lessen the use of paper towels. Overall the experience was good.

We enjoyed it. A print out of how to operate the Roku would be very helpful. Soap in the showers would be good. Or if not let renters know. Likewise for coffee. The directions for operating opening windows didn’t work. Otherwise good stay.

We had a girls weekend in salida and this was a perfect place for its great space for cooking own meals and a quick walk to the bars and downtown and river area. We loved out time.

Check in and out process couldn’t have been easier! The property manager was always quick to respond. Great location, just a short walk to the river which has a beautiful walk way that can take you downtown. Salida was a lot of fun! The nights were warmer than expected without an AC.

Overall pretty happy with this property and working with the owner.

We were there for a celebration of life and the property allowed a few extra family members stop by and visit. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I appreciated the information the hosts left to highlight the surroundings and things to do. The kitchen was well stocked with mostly what you needed. The location is about 5-6 block walk to downtown. It’s an easy walk. The street is a little busy so we had to be careful parking and getting into our cars sometimes. I think it was just because there was a lot of summer traffic and they don’t follow the speed limit. We enjoyed the following shops: YOLO, RUBY BLUES, and a couple art galleries. We ate at AMICA’s, Sweeties, Robyn’s and Bensons! All had super friendly staff and food was amazing!! Salida is GEM & our host Kristi made it a smooth stay! We would definitely recommend this property!!
