Two of the three chairs in the room were broken, the shower was stone cold and they had to keep resetting the hot water system. Gardens overgrown, pool was a construction site.

Close to the town .
No spare blankets for the beds considering it was cold.The tissue box was empty asked for another box the worker stated use toilet paper . There was 2 big stains as you walk in from the door. Had to put the kettle in the bathroom to make a cup of tea as the power point was on the wall and the lead couldn't reach. Had to ask for a bathmat as there was no mat present. Bathroom window was broken.

WARNING - this appears to be an unattended motel. I turned up to find a mobile number sellotaped to the inside of reception door. It has to be called for check-in details. As I am a tourist without an australian mobile this proved difficult; luckily another resident was about and used his phone to enable me to check-in. Not what I was expecting as there is nothing on booking.com to warn you of this.
Also there appears to be a number of permanent residents; expect noise.

Location was convenient
Milk was off. Bit expensive for what we had. Dryer was broken heater cord was damaged and not working

There was nothing to like.
It was messy outside (dirty nappies, dishes, toys, bikes, personal belongings strewn outside in carpark), there was nobody at reception on a booked out weekend.
We did not feel safe, overnight there were brawls with loud possibly drunken/drug influenced threatening behaviour.

The room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable.
The room location was terrible. There where people outside yelling at each other, running doff doff music outside our bedroom late afternoon. Kids riding their bikes everywhere. They clearly had no consideration towards other residents.

The lady cleaner was very pleasant and helpful, after having a very busy week following long weekend and having another motel to clean as well.
Room clean and comfortable.
Quite acceptable that motel not manned in these times, but took offensive to the extremely unprofessional note sticky-taped to front door with number to contact on arrival. Tacky!
Thumping in the room above our room at 5am in the morning and no other visible guests-ie, no car, no other people viewed earlier. Bit scary.
Cleaning other rooms late at night, ok get that, but slamming car doors not necessary.
Had to request clean towels even though note in room said they would be replaced if left in certain way. Understand the lovely cleaner was very busy, but!
Had to ask what the wi-fi password was, after tracking some-one down, no information in room re this.

Improvements in garden area easier to get into rooms. Room was comfortable.
On arrival several phone calls had to be made to get someone to open office to book us in. Only 1 pillow each, had to use spare blanket under pillows to sleep.

Nothing to had to wait for recpitions for over hour and half because shoping was more important before I could even get into room
Towel rack broken spa didn't work propley wasn't impressed at all for $190 a night wasn't worth it

Accommodation was clean but quite basic and old.
Shower was terrible and the outside area was very noisy with people at night.

The bed was huge. The shower was huge.
Finding the place was confusing. I had to go by the address and hope that I was at the right place as I could not see the motel name on the sign.
