The lady cleaner was very pleasant and helpful, after having a very busy week following long weekend and having another motel to clean as well. Room clean and comfortable.

Quite acceptable that motel not manned in these times, but took offensive to the extremely unprofessional note sticky-taped to front door with number to contact on arrival. Tacky! Thumping in the room above our room at 5am in the morning and no other visible guests-ie, no car, no other people viewed earlier. Bit scary. Cleaning other rooms late at night, ok get that, but slamming car doors not necessary. Had to request clean towels even though note in room said they would be replaced if left in certain way. Understand the lovely cleaner was very busy, but! Had to ask what the wi-fi password was, after tracking some-one down, no information in room re this.

Improvements in garden area easier to get into rooms. Room was comfortable.

On arrival several phone calls had to be made to get someone to open office to book us in. Only 1 pillow each, had to use spare blanket under pillows to sleep.

Nothing to had to wait for recpitions for over hour and half because shoping was more important before I could even get into room

Towel rack broken spa didn't work propley wasn't impressed at all for $190 a night wasn't worth it

Accommodation was clean but quite basic and old.

Shower was terrible and the outside area was very noisy with people at night.

The bed was huge. The shower was huge.

Finding the place was confusing. I had to go by the address and hope that I was at the right place as I could not see the motel name on the sign.
