A very cosy and comfortable apartment with terrace and rest zone with small outside jacuzzi/pool and barbecue oven ! Very quiet (we slept with opened windows) but in short walking distance to the beach/main road. Private parking near by house, very comfortable beds, good kitchen, strong airconditioning in every room and possibility to have a dog witjout extra charges ! Good management with prompt feedback and kind attention to our needs ! Very well recommended for everyboady who wants spend holiday in Ligurian cost !

Modern, clean and well equipped apartment, decorated with love and taste. The kitchen had all necessary tools for a comfortable stay, bed rooms have enough space, there were some table games left for the families with children and 2nd bedroom also had a small desk/desk chair that was very comfortable for those who needs e.g. to use the laptop during the stay. Both bedrooms have spacy wardrobes. In both bedrooms there were charging adapters with different connector’s types that was really useful if your family uses both ipads, iphones and Android based gadgets. Really good and comfortable airco system, all tools in the apartment have a QR codes nearby, that will redirect you to the short video with instructions. There were 2 TV sets in the apartment but we didn’t use them as we generally don’t watch TV. The garden is spacy and has enough furniture. There was a bike in the garden for those who likes to bike. The host was easily accessible by WhatsApp and answered all our questions. There is a Marina beach nearby but we’ve used to go a bit further to the public beach near bar Mistral as we know the location since years. So we’ve enjoyed our stay and we’ll be glad to return

As mentioned by other guests, we’ve also booked the apartment that was advertised as the apartment with jacuzzi but up on arrival we didn’t find it and were informed by the host at that moment only that the previous guest had got it broken. Not a big deal, it may happen, it was just strange not be informed on it prior the check-in. We also had to report to the host couple of small issues in the bathroom. One more attention point for the apartment is the presence of aints. They don’t bother much as mainly walking in the garden but better not to leave the opened bread or other food in the kitchen. And maybe a tip for those who like to sit in the evening in the garden - better to take with you an anti-mosquito spray for your legs or ‘spirali anti zanzare’:) there are not many mosquitos , but those 2 or 3 that appear once you’ve installed yourself in the garden may disturb your evening otherwise:) The last point is outside of the host’s control, so not counted as disadvantage, posted as a tip only.

The apartment is very nice, modern and well-equipped. Great terrace, really comfortable with a dog or children! Extra points for equipment for dogs and children as well.

The apartment was advertised with a jacuzzi but it turned out that the previous guests damaged it, so we didn't have it, which we found out only when we arrived. At least it would have been nice to be informed by the host before we arrive. No toilet paper, so we immediately had to go to the shop. The parasol on the terrace is broken, it almost fell on us.
