Stipe was very easy to communicate with and was there to meet us upon arrival. His wife prepared some local delicacies for us and Stipe was full of useful information on great parking for Old Town, amenities and places to go. The kitchen was well equipped and I was so grateful to have a real espresso machine! The pool was a delightful, as it was a great way to start the day, cool off in the afternoon, and in the evening. It was a lovely way to beat the heat. The beds were very nice, not too hard or too soft. The newly remolded bedroom was the favorite with the whole family. While the home was a short drive to Old Town, it was not difficult to navigate the area. There was plenty of shopping areas and a lovely beach nearby.

Google Maps had a hard time navigating the last couple of streets to the house, so ask Stipe about this. These roads are also a bit rough, so we were glad to have a small SUV. The two bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading to match the beautiful details on the third, but they were clean and serviceable. Overall, I would recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay and would book it again when we are in Split!

We-liked the location of the property as well as the cleanliness. Hosts had a welcome tray of food. For us when we arrived along with a bottle of wine

The swimming pool was cold so couldn’t swim in it which we were looking forward to.

The location was very nice, overlooking the sea. The host arranged for a welcome platter with local hams and cheese and homemade wine. The BBQ facility is top notch. With charcoals provided. Some other plusses: good coffee maker, quiet neighborhood, strong water pressure, good wifi, clean.
