Very clean and nice property

The south and north end of the island has public parking. In the middle are residential houses with limited public parking. This house has great beach access and the local residents are so friendly. Play the white noise machines in the bedrooms all night long. The bar across the street can get loud. The dishwasher did not work but manual washing is easy for just three people and they offered to come repair. We cooked 3/6 nights and all the utensils you would need are there. The propane grill is great. The supplied chairs and wagon were also fantastic, much easier than setting up our portable camping chairs. The cycle on the clothes washer doesn’t spin down to remove the water enough. The dryer vent just egresses a normal HVAC register. It gets hot in the garage when the dryer is going. But everything works like you need it. I will stay there again. AMI is just amazing and this part of the beach is peaceful with low crowds.

Unit had everything you need! Road noise is a bit much. Loved the close proximity to beach , grocery store, restaurants etc!
