I brought my family up for grandmother's 81st bday so there was 6 of us and 2 doggos and we had an excellent time! The property was large enough to play around and enough room inside for everyone to be comfortable. Pretty much anything needed was available and the owner was great and communicated with us regularly in case we had questions or needs. The swim area and Marina is just a few minutes away and the FFB pools were not much further. Reeves Is a few miles down the road and is like a small grocery store that has it all and great food to go too! The unit had lots of games to play with which was great for kids as well as the Disney+ to keep them entertained while we relaxed. We all had a fantastic time and look forward to booking this property again!

Pictures are accurate and the property is very efficiently laid out. There were 4 of us (3 adults, 1 child) and had plenty of room. Most importantly, the owner had a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Mike was very responsive with information and gave me his cell number for any issues. Kitchen included some of your basics not normally offered (dish towels, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, spices). The bathroom had toilet paper as well. Laundry room had detergent and softener. Back deck was large enough for all of us with space for our dog. Backyard has a swing set, a fire pit and room for the dog to roam around. House comes with access to area marina swimming beach which is 5 minutes away. Putt putt, bowling, Indian Cave, hiking trails, restaurants and grocery store are all within 12 minutes or less.
