There was a smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. Furniture was uncomfortable in the living room. Dryer makes an awful noise. There is one pan to cook food. The beach gear was definitely not as advertised. Rusted and broken. We bought 3 bogie boards and left them there, the bikes are in terrible condition. Chairs are rusted. I would not recommend this place

The location of this property is great, close to the beach, pool and is very quite. Plenty of room for my family. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for all our dining needs. The only problem we had was the dryer had rust on the inside of the door, which got on some of our clothes. My wife tried to clean the rust off the door. Over all great place would go back in the future.

This was our second stay. Very comfortable and great location.

Nirmal gave us all the needed information for checkout and check-in and always responded promptly to my messages. The condo was exactly as described in the listing, was exceptionally clean, was well-furnished with beautiful pieces, and was just a short walk to the beach. Thanks, Nirmal! We will be back!

A great place to escape!

We wanted a home away from home for a few days. We normally make day trips to SGI since we live less than 2 hours away. We decided last minute to book our stay and the process couldn't have been any easier. Communication was always fast & efficient. The home was exactly what we were looking for and the location was perfect for our love of Dr. Julian Bruce State Park. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed 2 nights. The townhouse had everything we needed. The spaces were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the beach most of our full day. The king bed was softer than we normally sleep on but we slept so good it's making me think I need a softer bed at home. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely stay! We loved the split floor plan of having two bedrooms upstairs and one down. The kids could go to bed and the adults could still have their own space to enjoy. Super clean property, decorated super cute. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the townhome was very clean, comfortable beds, a short walk to the beach by boardwalk which was so nice, and beautiful weather! Our host was very responsive, helpful, and thorough with providing information. I definitely recommend this property and we will be returning in the future! Thank you! : )

We had a very nice time. The unit is very well appointed and very comfortable. There was a snafu upon checkin but the owner quickly helped resolve the issue. The close proximity to the state park is an added bonus

Overall very good - need potholders and new no-stick frying pans. Coffee pot was dirty and had mildew. The entire place needs a good dusting, especially the fans. Cheers, Larry

What a beautiful, quiet place to recharge during fall break. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride up and down the strip, so many butterflies in November. We enjoyed the state park nearby, beaches weren't packed at all, at some points we had the beaches to ourselves. Definitely want to visit this gem of a place again.

The best place we have ever stayed on St. George Island. The kitchen is well stocked. We slept well because it was quiet and beds are comfortable. The Air Conditioner works well and is not noisy. It is clean & cozy All these are a plus to a great stay. Thank-you for paying attention to many details. We hope to stay again. Lynne

The townhouse was nice and clean and in a good quiet area. The Keurig was nice! Only complaint was there needed to be more bath towels, washcloths, & dish towels.

This is a great place! Very clean and everything was in working order. The host was helpful and kind. There’s a boardwalk that goes directly from the back porch steps to the pool or the beach. 2 minute walk to the beach max! One of the best places we’ve stayed!

We've been coming to SGI for years and have actually stayed at other units in within the same complex. The owners of this one have done a nice job of upgrading and furnishing this unit making it fresh and inviting. Our check in was very easy. We were sent simple directions for entry and house instructions. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled clean. That made me feel at ease quickly. All the TV's and remotes worked perfectly (once we figured out where the volume was on the Roku remote). The kitchen was WELL equipped with anything we needed and the cookware was good quality. Since we love coffee, the Cuisinart coffee maker made wonderful coffee. It has the cone filter basket so we were actually able to make a full 12 cups without coffee grounds. That's perfect for 5 adults who love coffee. Everything looked exactly the way it was pictured on the website. We had a couple requests and Nirmal was always right there and responsive to every question and so very helpful and gracious. If you like cycling, this unit is very close to the state park entrance where you can pay $2 per person and ride the park. It's nice having the wide open space with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Oh and it was 150 steps to the beach access - exactly! We counted. LOL

This is a great place to stay, especially for the price! Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms is very nice. I will say that the bunk beds are made for smaller kids, so keep that in mind. The balcony off the main bedroom was great as well as the one off the main living area. You can see the water from both. The kitchen was missing a few items like a measuring cup, pot holders, that kind of thing, but we made it work. Also, you will want to buy drinking water, but I would guess that goes for the whole complex. It is very close to the beach, less than two min walk. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

The condo was clean, cozy and had everything you need! The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and had a nice boardwalk to the beach access. The beach was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit on the SGI. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were actually closer to the pool and beach that it appeared in the pictures. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We loved our stay here.Our teenagers enjoyed both the pools and of course the ocean.Very quiet and clean.

This was our 3rd time in Ocean Mile 300 and first time in E1. We really enjoyed the size of the unit and how beautiful all of the updates are. A few of the additional things offered that made our stay great were the beach wagon, baby gates, and high chair.

This property is located on a quiet area of the panhandle. The condo was very clean and spacious and was nicely decorated to keep you in a beach mood. Not directly overlooking the ocean, you have a view of the water from the balcony and have access to the beach via a 5 minute walk through the property. Comfortable beds and the fact that each bedroom gets its own full bathroom makes it great for a group of friends on vacation. The St George island and nearby towns are not an action packed party center, but do offer some great seafood restaurants (one with a miniature golf course), beach shops, an ice cream shop, and nice fishing opportunities.

We had a wonderful week here with our family! The SHORT walk to the beach was so nice and easy with the boardwalk. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the pool! The house was perfect for our family and we loved that we could sit on the deck and hear and see the gulf! We even saw dolphins swimming by while sitting on the deck, just gorgeous!! We enjoyed the quiet slow pace of the Island, had perfect weather and can't wait to come back again!

We have never visited SGI and had a great time! This vacation is for those who want a relaxed pace and an island “feel”. We were pleased with our townhome and the little community it was located in because there were two pools and very close access to the Gulf. The location is on the farther east end of the island which makes it quiet, but also a bit farther from shops, Basketball court, etc. The island really is pretty long and narrow, so bring walking shoes, bikes (provided at townhome) or you may have to drive a couple miles to get to more action. The property is well maintained, but a bit on the older side as a whole. Our unit was clean, but a bit smaller than anticipated (just pay attention to square footage-my fault). Any of the locals we visited with indicated that the island really doesn’t get that busy. There are a couple fun places to eat (live music at Paddy’s) and some nice souvenir shops. The beach was fun for fishing, crab hunting, shell finding and swimming😊. All in all, this was a great vacation and we loved the island!

Great spot! Everything was quick & easy to get to from the condo. Especially the beach. The bikes & chairs were a plus! Would love to come back.
