This house and the location are amazing! The house is extremely spacious and having the extra " apartment" downstairs is a bonus especially if you travel with teenagers. The house has everything needed! The bar outside was so much fun, what a great addition. The location is great, we watched dolphins often with our morning coffee and the beach is just across the street. We had the pool heated which was so much fun for the kids to play in. Another bonus was the hot tub of course, especially on cooler evenings. If you are looking for the ultimate getaway, with a bar, hot tub, fireplace, pool and amazing outdoor space (the decks wraps around the whole house), this is your space!

We loved Dune Therapy. With 5 grandchildren under 6 the walk to the beach and the pool were awesome. The house itself was wonderful- very well furnished for our needs. We loved the bar room. What was especially nice for us grandparents and an aunt was the room downstairs. It gave us a chance to have some peace and quiet if needed. We want to thank Roxanne for making everything go smoothly from rental process to arrival to leaving. There were two issues with the house which she came over immediately to deal with and we appreciated that. We would definitely use this house again and most definitely use GOSGI Properties again.

Would not rent from anyone else, but Roxanne! She was so attentive, always responded quickly, easy to work with and caring!! Dune Therapy was clean, neat, and furnished very well, we never ran out of anything, and that's hard to say when you have 11 people in one house for a week!! Roxanne made renting easy, more homes should be managed by her!! Booking now for next year with Roxanne!!

Very comfortable home for relaxing and enjoying Florida. The management company goes beyond accommodating in addressing any need we had. There was not a utensil, bowl, glass, skillet that was not provided. The beach towels being provided was really nice. We'll be back to St George in a year or two and will be calling Go SGI for our next rental.

This home has something for everyone! Comfortable, inviting, dog friendly…. And the best ocean view! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious enough to have several people preparing meals. On rainy days, there is not just the living room, but the side porch and covered areas under the porch. On those days, we worked on puzzles, played darts, and played corn hole. We enjoyed quiet time in the hot tub with our morning coffee and relaxing at the end of the day. When it was too windy to sit at the beach, the pool area was a perfect sunbathing/reading area. It’s the perfect distance to walk to town. When we did need assistance, the management company responded quickly. Best company to work with!

Dune Therapy was a wonderful house for our annual family week at the beach! We've been coming to SGI almost every year since 1989 so we've stayed at many properties. This one fit all our needs for 2021! The 4 grandkids, ages 17-25, loved having their own space downstairs! The upstairs was perfect for the rest of us! We all especially liked to hang out on the large, screened in porch with rocking chairs! Thanks for a great vacation!

Our stay at Dune Therapy was absolutely perfect! The rental was furnished with everything we needed and extremely clean. We were able to swim every day in the heated pool and loved sitting on the deck during the day looking at the ocean. The enclosed deck was nice for watching tv in the evenings. Roxanne was wonderful to work with and was also very responsive in answering any questions we had. We have visited the past 5 years for Christmas and Dune Therapy was by far one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

If you are looking for a large vacation rental home with a good location and a great view don’t look any further… you just found it with Dune Therapy… our family really enjoyed this vacation rental. The house had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy our week. With the convenience of the beautiful ocean right across the street, being able to see it from every front window in the home and the large deck overlooking the swimming pool with the ocean in the background was a great way to start our morning sitting there drinking coffee.. If you have multiple families going that wants some additional privacy this house works really well having a separate area underneath the house with separate entrance. It had a very large bedroom with a little kitchenette, bathroom with washer and dryer and another small bedroom with double bunkbeds for the kids.. also working with Roxanna was wonderful, one of the days the air condition was not cooling like it should, I made one phone call to Roxanna and within 30 minutes she has someone there to check the air condition. They had us cooled off in no time, we could not of asked for better service. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this to my family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at Dune Therapy. The extra big spaces- living room, screened in recreation room, and wrap around deck were perfect for our large family and pups. The view of the ocean is unobstructed and the walk to the beach is no more than 2 minutes. The front yard and pool area created a wonderful sense of oasis and privacy. Great value all around. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, especially for a large family, plenty of beds. Just a short walk to the beach and it has a good view sitting on the front porch. Grandkids loved the screened in section. They ate most of their meals there and enjoyed playing games or cards in this area. Plenty of space to sit and they had their own tv to watch. The downstairs room was great, especially with the additional kitchen, frig, and washer and dryer. We have stayed at SGI for many years and Dune Therapy is one of the best yet. SGI properties is a top notch agency to work with. Very cordial and efficient. This is the only agency we have used that furnished plenty of bath and beach towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
