The breakfast provided was fantastic from fresh local eggs Bacon beautiful freshly baked bread Selection of Muesli and Juice was the perfect way to start the day of Adventure. The location was just far enough away from the main town to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to walk if you so desired and the History of the building added that extra charm.
Its the details that Yvonne and Glen have provided that make this stay exceptional thank you!

Lovely home feeling, beautiful home made bread on arrival with great hospitality. Yvonne was so helpful with great suggestions of things to do on our holiday. So restful a great stop along our travels.

The hostess, Yvonne, is a sweetheart and is a great hostess. Her little touches in the house, made it feel very welcoming like she baked us a warm homemade bread and gave us a lovely breakfast starter kit including fresh poultry eggs and fresh milk. I would highly recommend staying at Silwood apartment, if you are a couple or a small family of 3, I would highly recommend it !

A bright beautifully decorated cottage behind Yvonne and Glen’s historic home. it was spotlessly clean and the eggs and bacon Yvonne supplied for us to cook our breakfast were next level.

Home baked bread, eggs, bacon, fruit, home made jam and cereals were also provided. The host was welcoming and cared about our comfort. We have never stayed anywhere that we were so welcomed. I would rate it 11 out of 10. The absolute best place we have stayed.

The hosts, Yvonne & Glen, provided fresh bacon, eggs and tomato for breakfast.
A range of cereal, fresh orange juice and yogurt was also available.
On our arrival, Yvonne gave us a loaf of home-cooked bread, still warm fresh from the oven. It was actually the nicest bread I have eaten.
Also provided was complimentary coffee, tea and chocolate bars.

A beautiful spot with some interesting history. Stayed here before we caught the Spirit of Tasmania, very central location but so private and quiet. The place with immaculate and clean with thoughtful touches everywhere in the apartment. We even got freshly baked bread just for us! Will definitely stay again

Well appointed high quality build. Very quiet allowing a good nights sleep. Breakfast provisions were generous and of high standard. Staff friendly and accommodating. Laundry facilities were great and the bathroom was spacious. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The hosts, both amazing people, so friendly and welcoming, we had a fresh loaf of baked bread made by the women who owns the place, I left my shoes outside when I left to get supplies, it started to rain and they took it upon themselves to put my shoes inside out of the weather, truly amazing ! would highly recommend this place to anyone !

we are on a one month trip visiting Australia and New Zealand. Been to 7 different apartments/B&B. This is the # 1. As soon as we arrive, Yvonne brought over freshly baked bread, so tasty. She gave us great advise on sight seeing locations and dinner selections.
