House was clean, air condition (yes!), nice patio area where we would sit and visit. Other friends who met us in St. Louis came over and had dinner with us. It was a nice neighborhood, people were friendly. House was clean and had a nice layout.

We actually didn’t end up staying due to a few reasons. Rachel was kind enough to refund us some of our money even with a last minute cancellation. We felt that there were some safety things that could be updated which is why we ended up not staying. Window locks and basement door were a bit concerning for children. Other than that the home was fine.

Great place to stay. 10 minutes from about anything you wanted to do. Zoo, science musuem, Cardinals, Arch, Botanical Garden. Great location!

What a great little house to get away! We came to St. Louis to explore the city and wagered getting a hotel. I'm glad we chose this great little house. It was clean, comfortable and within a reasonable distance to all we wanted to see (the zoo, the Arch, the museums, Forest Park, The City Museum, etc). It's kitchen was well stocked and the owner was always available and quick to respond. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone. There are five of us and there was plenty of room. We loved it. (Oh, and it's in an awesome neighborhood called The Hill, within walking distance of several dining options.)

We had tickets to Sunday Cardinal's game. This house had a perfect location = 12 minutes from the ballpark. It was in walking distance to our 2 favorite restaurants on the Hill - Amighetti's and Cunnetto's. The house was perfect for our family. It was completely immaculate. The bed in the primary room was a little low to the floor. The air conditioning cooled the house quickly. I was happy to have the ice trays to make ice and the Keurig was wonderful. !00% happy with the house -it made me want to be a local! We will definitely stay her again. Perfect house, perfect location!

Had a wedding in The Hill area. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Would stay here again. Forgot some clothes in the closet and host was very nice and sen t them to me with no issues.

This house was very clean and had everything we needed . Awesome location near Busch stadium and plenty of really good Italian restaurants walking distance . Also a coffee shop a block away which was a nice walk and owner was very friendly .

Overall, a very good impression. Specifically, a few minor things. The Keurig coffee maker isn't working properly. The electrical outlet to the left of the kitchen sink has a prong broken off in the outlet. This was like this when we got there. It would be nice to have some Ziploc bags and containers for leftover food storage. An inexpensive but nice convenience. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

The house was amazing and Rachel was an amazing host with everything. Amazing area neighbors are cool but it’s amazing how much of the neighborhood is like a big family. Definitely will stay here again when I go out that way again.

A well organized two bedroom house that we enjoyed. A choice of lower lighting in the living room would have been nice for the evening.

This cute house was perfect for our family! Walking distance to a nice greenspace and park for our grandchildren and little dog!

Communication with owner was fantastic, quick return texts, and VRBO inquiries. This is an OLD, small home that has been remodeled nicely. Our one concern was the cleanliness, it just wasn't quite up to our high standards. If I was to rate it, I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. I think a good deep clean and touch up would take this to a 10.

This little house is so well set up it feels spacious. The kitchen was a delight to cook and dine in. Electric stove, spacious fridge, a blender to make salad dressing, huge coffee mugs, adequate dish soap, sponge, dish towels.
Comfortable living room furniture with good acoustics for guitar and singing.

This house was perfectly located close to our venue. It was clean and comfortable. Very easy access to places we went but quaintly tucked away in a very nice neighborhood.

Check in & out was flawless! Convenient place for families who are on the go. I highly recommend. Our family of 5 (children ages, 9,13,17) came and went all weekend. Home is fully stocked and located perfectly and within walking distance to many great establishments.

The house was exactly as it appeared online, and the location was perfect for The Hill and the Botanical Garden. Also easy access to the interstate. Prompt communication with the owner too. Would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again! The home was clean, well decorated and plenty of space for 4 adults. Had to adjust when to shower due to the full bath being in the main bedroom...only thing I wasn't thrilled with, unless you were the couple in the main bedroom. Otherwise, loved it!

Property is just as listed. Nicely decorated and everything you need for your stay. Rachel is a wonderful host and communication is a breeze.
This neighborhood is great! 1 block from the Hill and close to the grocery store.
We loved the off street parking, even though getting a spot would not be difficult.
Close to Botanical Gardens and Tower Grove Park. Make sure to check out the uniquely designed pavillions/shelters at Tower Grove.
Can't wait to visit St. Louis again!

I stayed with three other people and this place was the perfect size for us. The booking process and communication with Rachel was awesome, she always replied to my questions within minutes. The location was also great for those who wanted to visit the city without staying in the city. 15 min drive from everything. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and had many tasty places to eat within walking distance. We loved amaghettis! Overall we had a great time!

Everything was wonderful- the location and the amenities! The only issue we had was the full bath, off the master, had a cigarette smoke odor. The sleeping arrangements were great and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location for us to dine and enjoy The Hill!
