So clean, so homey, and had everything we could have needed for a family vacation.. especially with our 16 month old. We most definitely will be coming back next year!!

The property was beautiful and private. The house was clean and offered a lot of games for the kids as well as a hot tub for the adults. The rooms were a nice size. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The owner was accessable if needed and was very pleasant. We couldn't ask for a better weekend getaway.

Property is very easy to find, lots of parking, outdoor and indoor amenities galore, with wildlife for a bonus. We saw deer everyday and the neighbors have 2 ponies and goat (not accessible to kids if you’re wondering). We went with a group of friends + my 16-mth old and the house had all the things we needed, plus things for my son (wipeable changing pad, indoor and outdoor toys, gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks - although we took a couple of our own)! You can tell the owner cares about taking stress off the people he hosts. Some of the things we enjoyed with our son include taking him around the yard in the wagon, using both outdoor swings many times, little hockey stick, playing with indoor toys (books, cars, Bear, water spit book) - it was perfect. The bunk bed room had room darkening curtains so our son slept so well! The high chair and splash mat was very thoughtful bc we forgot ours. For the adults - There is ample wood as we had a fire going pretty much all weekend (even burned some of the freshly cut wood that needed chopped for the owner). The board game “Best Friends” was a hit with our friends! The sand art table was fascinating to watch, watched a movie on Netflix, spent time in the brand new (?) hot tub, ice machine for drinks, went for a local hike at Little Falls Trail, some went for pedicure, and just relaxed. This was the perfect getaway for us and we hope to stay here again. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you, Boyd!

We were looking for a quick get away for my husbands birthday and couldn’t of found a better place. Great location with lots to do on property for all ages. Extremely well kept and great owners. Would highly recommend and use again!

Had a great 4 nights at Boyd's property. Spent tons of time in the hot tub, playing ping pong, and tooling around the lake. Excellent communication from Boyd before and during the stay. Would visit again.

The property was clean, centrally located to restaurants and shops, and close to the lake. Boyd is an especially responsive host - kind and accommodating. We had a great time and would absolutely return again!
