Just stop looking. This is the place you want. We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sundance house. Cayman’s roads are extremely easy to navigate and we were there in only about 40 minutes after leaving the airport. There are a couple of great, scenic restaurants nearby. The grocery is a bit of a drive, but who cares- just enjoy the scenery on your drive. There’s plenty to do on the island, but you’d be forgiven for never leaving the house. The pool is fantastic and the beach is just amazing. Only recommendation would be to wait for higher tide to snorkel out to the reef. But if you like snorkeling, it’s a must see. Craig is extremely responsive and his right hand man Roy is a wonder of nature. Book now!

Our family of 5 stayed a week at Sundance. This place is stunning! The views are beautiful. The place looks just like the pictures. Sundance was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Craig was an excellent host. He provided all the information we needed for our stay and even checked on us during the week to make sure all was well. We highly recommend staying at Sundance!!!

We travelled as a family of four (2 young adult children) to the Cayman Islands for a vacation. We had the most wonderful vacation. Sundance is absolutely beautiful and just as pictured, if not more beautiful in person. We had plenty of room and were provided everything we needed for a wonderful week. The view out the back of the pool and the ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set every day. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day on the beach; the pool has colored lights which add to the beauty in the evening. The house was spotless when we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were so clean and actually the master bath has a gorgeous shower that is not pictured. The kitchen was a great place to cook meals, and we had everything we needed to do that. We also loved the kayaks that were provided, and we kayaked every day. The water was fairly calm on the north side of the island, so kayaking was very enjoyable. We did enjoy being on the North side of the Island; there was a market close by and restaurants at Rum Point and the east side of the island that we could get to easily and quickly. Craig was an excellent host. He provided all the information we needed for simple check in and check out, and he did correspond with us several times during the week to make sure that all was well! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!!

I just can’t say enough positive things about this place. Perfect house. Perfect pool. Perfect location. Perfect view. We will return for sure.

This is a very nice rental property. Everything is like new, and there are both architectural features (e.g., the layout of the master bath) and items the property owner added (e.g., cookware, dishes, loads of towels and nice linens, etc.) that make it a very comfortable place to stay. It's quite private; besides being on the "quiet side of the island, there is no house on one side and some space between the property and the next house on the other. The pool is lovely; it has the exact effect of an infinity pool, and the unimpeded view of the sea is wonderful. We loved using the kayaks every day. Snorkeling behind the house is good; better than we've experienced further east in Old Man Bay; typical for the north shore that you have to get past quite a bit of sea grass before you get to the corals, so it helps to be mindful of the tides and go at high tide. I should point out that there is a lovely sandy beach - this is a rare commodity for a Cayman house! What the house is missing in the back is a shade feature. In the early afternoon the hose makes a little bit of shade and that extends as the time goes on. We had a couple minor issues with the water for the outside hoses and one of the AC units and both the local property management team and the owner responded right away and fixed things quickly.

The host and manager were incredibly responsive, kind and thorough! The property offers a first class experience all the way! I would highly recommend visiting Sundance!

What a beautiful home and fantastic location! The house is away from all the crowds and traffic which is exactly what we wanted. We absolutely did not want the Seven Mile Beach experience as we have been there before. Everything you could want or need is provided and all is clean and in excellent condition! Craig was very responsive to all of our questions prior to our trip and during as well. You feel like you are on your own island once you are inside or at the pool/beach. There are currently no neighbors on either side and very few people walking on the beach. Just an absolutely wonderful vacation! Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again! Our week at Sundance was amazing! The house is just as advertised. Everything is new and clean. The view is amazing. It’s a really great location. 5 minute drive to Rum Point, which is a perfect spot to go when the wind picks up on the Northside. 5 minute drive to Chisholm’s Grocery when you run out of things you need. The pool was great for relaxing and entertaining our kids. Craig was a great host making sure everything was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

My husband and his brother and sister along with their spouses all stayed at this house. We were all celebrating an anniversary, 20yr, 25yr and 40yr. The house was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous. We were ocean front and had a pool that was great to lounge around while listening to the waves of the ocean. It was located in a more secluded area and some distance from the city but there were several areas to dine that were fairly close, ~20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very nice. We would recommend this vacation stay to anyone. Craig was very attentive and answered questions in a timely manner.

This is our second time to Rum Point. This is our first time at the Sundance. Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout. The house is beautiful and very, very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked - all you have to do it get groceries. We stayed here with two adult families and had more than enough room. The pool is amazing! We will for sure rebook here our next trip!!

Spectacular!! Home was exactly as described/shown in listing and photos. Home is situated in a very quiet area of the island and offers a lot of privacy, with very few homes nearby. The home is very clean and modern with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. My wife and I enjoyed every minute spent at this beautiful house and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had about the area. I would definitely book this house again on a future trip to Grand Cayman.

We loved this property and it’s amazing views with peaceful nights to soak in and relax. The house is immaculate and shows pride and care of ownership. Rental car is a must however, so worth it! We will be back for sure! The owner was so amazing to work with and really cares for his vacation home.

If you are looking for your next family vacation and to get away from the hustle of concentrated tourist areas, this property fit the bill perfectly for us! A short jaunt from Owen Roberts airport took us up to the North side of the island. It's about a 30 minute drive but extremely easy to navigate and well worth it. Once you arrive, you pull up to a very unassuming driveway. Access and check-in were smooth and communication by both the property manager and owner were flawless. We arrived and were settled in to the house in about 10 minutes. The kids immediately made their way to the private pool and began exploring the private beach. I can't emphasize how clean this place is. Even the light switches are labeled to make daily tasks of coming and going that much easier. The 2 kayaks on property were used to make access to the amazing reef and snorkeling that lies only about 500m from the house's shoreline. Even though the house lies in the much less frequented side of the island, places like Tukka and Over the Edge provide for some fantastic eating and are only 15 and 5 mins away respectively. There is also a grocery store for basic necessities only about 3 minutes drive. I wish I could recall every single detail but if you are looking for a vacation to get away and unplug, I cannot not recommend this enough! We will definitely be back!

A few times I’m ambivalent about leaving a review on a place that I would like to be exclusive to me. But love isn’t love until you give it away. So I’ll give the love we had for this fantastic place! First of all the owner Craig was so easy to work with. He provided all the information that was needed and checked on us once we arrive to ensure we had a smooth and pleasant experience. The pictures do not do the Villa Justice. It is beautiful and modern appointment with all the things that she would need for an extended stay. Everything was clean the pool was very well-maintained no issues at all. You will enjoy the lovely days and nights that you were able to relax on the mass deck by the pool overlooking the ocean. The beach can sometimes be touch and go based on the seaweed accumulation that comes in. But we were able to spend a number of each days behind the Villa in the water was nice clear and shallow. A little tip you will definitely need to rent a car to be on the side of the island which is not a big deal it’s just a little getting used to if you’re not a custom to the European side of the road driving. I would also say when you leave the airport go to the Foster’s supermarket nearby and stock up on things that you need. There is a little store down the street from the Villa which you can go to for emergency purposes. But fosters has a far better supply of things at a cheaper price.. Overall I would highly recommend this villa. I’ve stated many villas across the Caribbean, Mexico and beyond- this ranks up there as one of the nicest. You will also feel very safe and the people of the Cayman Islands are literally the nicest in the Caribbean. Sorry to my other Caribbean friends but the truth is the truth. Thank you again for the magnificent stay we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Sundance was simply amazing. Just walking into the place was impressive…seeing the sea thru the patio doors was spectacular! The rooms were large, very comfortable and super clean. The pool was perfect. There were plenty of places on the pool deck to get some sun, and there is enough places for our family to move chairs into the shade of the roof overhang as well (or under the palm tree on the beach). The neighborhood is quiet. Very few boats going by…just the occasional fisherman on the beach. The sea has a mix of soft sand and grass near the beach. An occasional patch of sea grass would float by but would be clear the next day. Our host was very helpful and attentive. The whole experience was simply fantastic for us!
