My sons and I stayed here for our annual trip to Chicago. We always stay in Chinatown. This place was great. All was clean. It was so quiet. The train can be heard faintly in the distance. Shower was nice. Towels were thick. The little porch was perfect for sitting outside. It was typical Chicago parking. We were always to find a spot. We hope to stay here again.

The booking here was great!! The host was amazing!! Very nice, helped with whatever we needed! I highly recommend booking this as your next stay!!

My said this property was OK. But there are several really big problems with it. First of all, and the biggest problem, was that the wrong address is listed. The property details has an addressed across the street from the actual property listed. So when I showed up, I ended up bothering an elderly couple at their home late in the evening. They were extremely annoyed and I’m a little surprised I didn’t have a police called on me. They said I am not the first one to do this. They regularly really get travelers trying to get into their home For food delivery ring the doorbell late at night. This is completely unacceptable. Next, the property itself has a lot of issues. Cleanliness, it looks like it was clean by a teenage boy. It appeared that everything has been wiped down with Clorox wipes. But there is still a lot of dust and hair all over the place. One of the bedroom sheets and comforter Had cat hair all over it. I laundered those myself before staying in the room. Also, the overall construction of the place looks like it was someone’s first time DIY remodel. The shower temperature is only scalding because they didn’t hook up the cold water. Are the toilet rocks because it is not bolted to the floor. And there are numerous smaller issues such as poor flooring, installation, nails, sticking out of the floor, trim, and poorly patch drywall and painting. I got quick responses from the host. But I had to ask for instructions to get into the place.
