The house was perfect for a quick trip to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The house was clean and had plenty of space.

Everything was fantastic on our stay. Only issue was the security gate getting into the neighborhood but once it was worked out all good.

This house was fun! The lake being right outside was fun. We caught a couple of fish. It is very close to neighbors. We weren’t there to party so it wasn’t a big deal. It was clean with no outrageous checkout instructions.

What a hidden gem—you won’t be disappointed! This VRBO was close to town/Lake Granbury, CLEAN, well stocked, reasonably priced, adorable, and even had a foosball table for the kids. Our favorite aspect of this rental was the fabulous property manager, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and, most importantly, accessible throughout our entire stay! There were a couple of issues that arose, but she answered our messages night or day and showed up to resolve them quickly and cheerfully—we have never had such a responsive property manager and would 100% re-rent because of her! The heads-up we would give is that the gate staff in this neighborhood can be quite unreasonable and incompetent, as is the case in many gated communities. Make sure you plan ahead to get your info in a few days prior to your stay per the property instructions so that your arrival is fast and stress-free—and keep your driver's license on you as well as the property manager’s number should the gate spell your name wrong and refuse you access. We had a great time and were thankful for the truly comfortable beds, working AC, in-unit laundry, bright updated aesthetics, and Keurig in the morning!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little cold, but we enjoyed playing card games and had a foosball tournament. We will be back this summer to enjoy the lake!

Great weekend

Our family enjoyed the house for a quick weekend trip. Plenty of space and great location.

We were in town for a wedding and shared the house with 2 other couples and it was the perfect size house for us. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very flexible with some special requests we had. Nothing fancy but very clean and cute and the price point was perfect compared to other properties in the area. The only negative was that the showers didn't get very hot but we would definitely stay here again! Also, just minutes from the Square where there is so much to enjoy.

We loved your home and will be back! We spent the weekend exploring the lovely downtown and the evenings playing cards. I really enjoyed the space and that the back yard was fenced. We have a little who loved playing on the swings and exploring. It was nice to have the view, but not have to worry about her. BTW- She loved the geese! I also really loved the beds, they were super comfortable. Thank you so much for a great weekend of amazing memories!

This little home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was clean, and the outdoor area was peaceful. Plenty of parking too which was important for our group. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place! The house is beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable. The lake is low right now, but the boat ramp was very close to the house. The little cafe by the boat ramp has the best burgers ever. We will be back!!!

The pictures are photoshoped compared to what we saw when we got there. Grass is dead and ground to hard to put horseshoes up, didn’t have the trash bags/paper towels/ toilet paper as stated would be there, dishes/pots/pans/silverware was dirty, had to clean before we could get settled in, 1.5-2 inch flying roaches disturbed dinner one night, had to fix the washer before we could use it, our feet kept getting pinched by the floor, soft spots in the hallway and master bathroom where floor would bow down and AC wouldn’t get below 78 the whole time even night setting it at 72. So we sweated the whole time. The canal the house sits on is so shallow the boat has barely enough clearance to anchor with suspension they put out for docking. I didn’t boat but the boys did. The deck railing on top is loose and broken and fell after having a spine procedure. Just soreness after no major injuries. Not a place I will recommend or use again. I contacted the property managers and said they had never heard of problems there. Hard to believe or people who dismiss them since it’s a temporary place. It was not what I expected to recover.
