We liked that Security was tight/stringent (with access key cards) - It made us feel safe and secured. Check-in instructions were clear and very helpful - making it easy and hassle-free to enter the property as if returning home after a long day of travelling. The location was just above the Megamall so food/coffee, groceries, necessities and shopping was just a lift/elevator ride away. Beds and pillows were available in different softness/hardness - so it was just a few "switches" away from maximum comfort. The morning view of the pool was very refreshing. Fully air-conditioned was great for hot days. The comfortable sofa and Washing Machine were great plus-es.

Overall cleanliness could be improved.

Aircon was perfect. Silence and sufficient.

Location is the best. Though it is the mall and residence but it is not too loud.

Checking in was a breeze with both written and visual instructions clearly provided by the owner. The location and access to shopping and food were definitely very convenient for us.

Whilst the unit is rather aged, and the beds were too soft for us, plus the fact that there was no outside guest swimming allowed, it was still a comfortable stay.

Night time, we could connect to wifi but there was no internet, although it was a short stay for us ( 2 nights) we were not too bothered about it.

a little bit sound construction nearbly...second bathroom door lock problem and first things main door lock key is very hard to unlock or lock key..pst.. need spray oil at main key door or replace to better experience other customer...
