Property was well furnished and very relaxing. Close to the beach with a short ride, many good restaurants, but far enough away to get plenty of quiet time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Reef! Spacious and comfortable, well appointed kitchen, many towels, and a great pool. The home is beautiful and decor is perfect for Florida. Would love to stay here again!

This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The home was immaculate, well stocked, perfect location to the beach and amenities. Dealing with the property managers was easy and they answered all our questions immediately. Five Star Property !!

Lovely, spacious villa in an amazing location. Close to the beaches on Anna Maria Island, restaurants and shops. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a great holiday. Lots of crockery, pans etc and a good supply of beach equipment. A small issue with the lanai being loose in places which meant some bugs got through and we all got quite badly bitten. We didn’t sit out most evenings once we realised which was a shame. That said we would highly recommend this villa. Contact with the property management company was excellent and they were very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. When we go to Florida next year we would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

The house is awesome! Right on a lpond, clean, and with all the amenities we needed, including a plethora of linens and cookware. We relaxed in the awesome pool, grilled and saw marine birds in the water next to the house. There were plenty of beach supplies, including chairs and umbrellas. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. This is a great place!

Really enjoyed our stay at Heron’s Watch. The master bed is huge and the bed very comfy (although it’s a soft mattress which some may struggle with). Had an issue with the bath as black grit would come through the tap so needed to run it before bathing our daughter. Decent showers in both bathrooms and again plenty of space. Despite what it says in the listing, there is a travel cot at the property but this was perhaps left by a previous renter. Pool is great, perfect temperature and warmed further by the sun but it’s definitely not cold / cool. Really quick to acclimate; our daughter loved it. The kitchen has everything you need other than Tupperware so we left something for future guests, otherwise there is lots of everything. Really friendly and quiet neighbourhood; close to the beaches, publix, Walmart and loads of restaurants. Great communication with the rental company and they kindly gave us a late check out to accommodate our onward travel. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 6 nights and were very happy with the property. Exactly as advertised and well stocked with everything we needed. Great pool area and quiet neighborhood. Super close to the beaches and lots of stores and restaurants. Nice to have the beach gear and also the pool toys and floaters. Thanks for a great stay!

Just a gorgeous property! Absolutely stunning. The decor and spacious rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The lanai, hammock, and pool were our favorite and the view of the pond was incredible to soak up, especially at sunset. We appreciated all the beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs so much! This was our second stay in the neighborhood and it’s wonderful. Very quiet and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Quiet & safe neighborhood. Bright & cute beachy decor. Loved the lake behind the house - we saw so many birds! The pool water temp was tolerable even for January and we swam with the kids almost every day. The location was so close to the beaches, restaurants, convenience stores, everything you need. We also appreciated the clean pack and play and high chair! We set up the baby in the master closet since it was more than big enough. Lots of pool floats, noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers (although some of the pool inflatables were ripped). Prompt responses from management every time. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, well equipped. The pool deck is huge with plenty of seating and a lovely lake outlook. Very peaceful. Location great for the beach.

This property was amazing. So clean, fully equipped with anything we thought we might need, including pool toys and beach gear. Tons of space and seating. Loved the amount of beach towels and pool towels provided. This home is beautified kept. The only issue I saw coming in was that the pool wasn’t clean and two panels of the screen on the lanai was ripped out but we didn’t even bother to say anything as we arrived less than a week after hurricane Ian. The property was clean and a man came and cleaned out our pool the second day we were there. Love the locations and ease of access to beaches and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and the house is tastefully decorated. We didn’t want to leave! Check in was easy and we loved the use of the tablet for ease of procedures and information about the house. Definitely will come stay again!!

Lovely property with everything you need and more… perfectly located to visit Sarasota, Anna Maria and Longboat Key. Light and spacious property, lovely pool and quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home in a quite neighborhood. The home had everything you could need or want. Fantastic area close to everything beaches , shops and restaurants .
