Seven Palms was the perfect house for our beach vacation. Everything was very clean, the kitchen equipment is well-stocked and the decor is beautiful, updated and comfortable! Quick walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood towards the west end of oak Island. Carrie kept me updated on Debby the week before our trip. She also made sure pool was cleaned and ready for our stay (the beach was red flagged for most of our trip). We are looking forward to returning soon!

After vacationing in OBX for over 40 years,we wanted to explore new options. We found Oak Island and Seven Palms meet all of our needs. We were quite impressed by the accommodations there. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, with spectacular views. The pool area, immaculately maintained, surrounded by palm trees is a piece of paradise. Sitting on the porch ocean side offers ocean breeze, keeping you cool even on the blistering heat of the day. The back balcony facing the sound provides a view of spectacular sunsets. The wide, uncrowded beach is a short walk away. There is places to find shade during the day under the house where you are cooled by the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and esthetically pleasing. The bedrooms are pleasantly decorated and most importantly the mattresses are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating I highly recommend Seven Palms, you will not he disappointed.

Our family had a great stay at Seven Palms! We loved the house, the location and easy access to the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, dining outside and the overall laid back feel of Oak Island. The pool was also a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. Carrie was a pleasure throughout the entire process - very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family beach trip. Open floor plan, clean, comfortable. Walk to the beach was short and pool was nice for the afternoons. Good ocean view porch. Beds were comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seven Palms. The house was as lovely as the pictures and very clean upon arrival. The home owner even allowed us to enter early for our arrival as there were no previous guests the week before. We had one minor issue with the Roku tv which was immediately fixed by the homeowner via a phone call. I highly recommend this home, not only for the location, pool, and what all it has to offer but especially for how responsive and kind the homeowners are! Staying somewhere you feel comfortable and appreciated is totally worth it for me. 5 stars all the way. We will come again!!

Wonderful house that had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We had an infant and both sets of grandparents overlap all at once with plenty of space between the living area and all of the outdoor spaces. Kitchen is fully stocked and outdoor dining options are a plus. Great to have the pool to quickly relax without lugging beach supplies anywhere. Front porch is shaded for nearly the entire day with a nice cross breeze given the house’s location in between the beach and the marsh. Quietest part of Oak Island. Busiest part of the day is the sunset which never disappointed. Enjoy it from the wraparound porch or make the short walk to the most western point for unobstructed views every night. Great communication from the host during our stay.

This was our second time staying at Seven Palms. Carrie is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond for her guests. You can tell she really loves making sure the guests have a great stay and are comfortable. The house is awesome. I feel like a lot of vacation rentals really pack in the furniture and it ends up feeling crowded, but at Seven Palms there’s still space to walk around (and floor space for kids to play and crawl around!). Plenty of comfy seating, but designed to fit the space well! I love love love the kitchen here. Can I take it home please? The pool is a great hit… when you’ve exhausted yourself out at the beach you can still have plenty of outdoor fun on the property. Want to listen to the waves? The front porch is perfect. Take your warm mug, a blanket, and listen to/watch the ocean as the sun rises. I finally want to give a big shoutout to the hosts for being so accommodating to children at their property. From dishes and utensils to baby gates and activity books, they are a great place for family getaways! Thank you for the stay! We had a blast :)

We loved staying in this beautiful home that was well appointed, comfortable and clean, had everything you could possibly need! Really appreciated the hosts quick and attetive responses to any questions we had. Highly recommend.
