This is a great house would definitely stay here again. It is a little pricey tho.

This condo is absolutely lovely! The space is excellent, beds warm and cozy and it was very clean!

We had a wonderful time as a family. The kitchen and main floor made a great hub for family meals, movies, and games. The bedrooms were cozy and everyone slept great. The beach was one of the best we’ve experienced for biking and jogging and was also great for sandcastles and swimming. And, the hot tub was beyond great! Thank you.

It was a beautiful place with lots of room. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at night and hot tub.

This townhouse is ideally located across the street from the beach with local dinning locations nearby. It was an easy drive to downtown St. Petersburg. It was perfect for more than one family, well stocked and courtyard was a huge plus and great place to gather.

We loved the place. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, wagon to carry the chairs and umbrella to the beach (all there in the garage). House is located near restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Sun Vista made our booking and stay so simple and enjoyable. The property surpassed all our expectations. We enjoyed the amenities and private patio and the shirt walk to the beach. We will definitely book with Sun Vista and this home again.

Great vacation with family

This condo was wonderful. Clean, high-end appliances, a wonderful outdoor gas grill and spa are just a few of the great amenities of the condo. The private garage and entrances make it a wonderful place. After a week, it felt like a second home. Also, the private elevator is a very nice touch. It was a perfect place for our family to move into for a baseball tournament/ vacation.

The house is beautiful and clean. The beach just across the street is more peaceful and quiet than some other areas. Many restaurants are within walking distance as well. Elevator, laundry facilities and the hot tub were a nice bonus. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

First of all the condo is beautiful, decorated perfectly and huge with incredible storage space. The upstairs laundry is very convenient. Of course the elevator was great for loading and unloading groceries and luggage and the cooler but inside tip, there is a refrigerator as part of the outside kitchen that works well to store drinks and snacks that you want to take in the cooler to the beach. I travelled with my wife and our adult children so the bedroom configuration worked perfectly. It was very difficult to find a 3 BR that one of the bedrooms wasn't set up for children only (bunk beds or two twins etc). The walk to the beach was easy. The beach and water is some of the nicest and cleanest I've been in. Compared to Hawaii North Shore, PCB, Gulf Shores, Miami, Sanibel, Marco Island and Sunny Isles. The water is clean and warm. It was almost like Marco Island by how calm the surf was. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. And the beach was so not crowded is was very relaxing. My son now thinks I should buy a hot tub for home, that is how much he enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo and this owner group. I think next time I will work with this owner group to get a condo directly on the beach. I really missed not being directly on the beach.

We loved the house and the location being so close to the beach. Wish the house had more kitchen supplies available for cooking and baking. Other than that is was pretty perfect.

This townhome was the perfect beach rental. The home is absolutely stunning,, modern and spacious, and tastefully decorated. The elevator and garage made for super easy packing and unpacking. The kids loved the outdoor space with the hot tub, couches, and gas fireplace. The grill made for easy family meals. The kitchen was also great for making meals, especially the double ovens. The only thing perhaps missing in the kitchen were some serving platters or bowls and placemats for the dining room table. The house came with 6 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, a baby pool, sand toys, and some ocean floats. The walk to the beach was super easy and there was a pedestrian crosswalk button to push that stopped traffic for us. A wooden walk that lead to the beach was nice for carrying the wagon and all of our beach gear. The beach was not crowded and we were there during spring break. Our family enjoyed John’s Pass, Smugglers Cove mini golf, the Candy Kitchen for ice cream, and the store, Surf Style for t-shirts and beach gear. If going to dinner, the earlier you go the better due to long waits and no reservations at most places. Overall, one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! Beautiful, spacious, relaxing, quiet part of town. Loved that it literally was a block to walk to the beautiful gulf and beach. Such a quiet part on the beach as well. The outdoor patio was so nice with the gas fireplace! The hot tub was nice but needed shock almost everyday. It was cloudy and a tad green when we arrived. The only complaint would be lack of extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and everyday kitchen needs for cooking. (Pepper for example) If towels are expected to be washed, it would be nice to not have to go and buy those items. Also, only had 4 coffee mugs for a 6 person stay. So nice though to have the beach chairs and beach wagon and a garage with an elevator!! Thanks you for a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property on the shores of Redington Beach. The property was exactly as advertised and maybe even more beautiful than the pictures. The private backyard space was wonderful for our family. Additionally, the beach access was just across the street leading to a perfect beach. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was a bit bare if you are looking to cook (i.e not many platters spices etc). Therefore, if your are looking to cook I would encourage you to do a Costco run prior to your stay. Other than that, we LOVED our stay and would come back in a heart beat.

It's a beautiful place! The elevator makes packing and unpacking a breeze. It's close to the beach and the garage and back patio makes coming back from the beach and cleaning up super easy. I only wish one of the room had 2 twin beds or a bunk instead of a queen, otherwise we loved it!

Our stay was terrific! The townhouse was by far the nicest place we have rented in the area. The kitchen was to die for, although it could have used some serving bowls and placemats. The elevator was so nice to have, and we used the hot tub in the backyard. All the furniture was super nice and everything was brand new. The garage is a 2 car but due to a refrig in there, you can really only pull one car in. There is ample space for 2 guest cars in front. The walk to the beach is a couple houses down and the beach is nice and wide and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this property.
