House worked great for my group of grown kids and spouses. Game house with pool table and card table was a great hit for late hours and personal bedrooms for each family could not be beat .....since they do still fight Lol. Being a previous lake house owner on PK Lake for 35 years in this same area, this location offers a great starting point on the lake for any direction, and you will always have water. Easy access to all stores and restaurants by land. We will be back to this location has long has its available 3 to 4 times a season.

We worked with Steve via phone calls and texting. It all went very smooth. This place was very spacious and had some great amenities. The game room was sweet with the pool table. The home itself was very big! It’s hard to give a place 5 stars the only few things I would say here is that coming from a contractor myself the master bathroom needed a lot more attention to detail. The tile work in there was really slapped together fast. There was still grout all over the tile as well as a terrible clean up after grouting. Other than my opinion from the master shower area I would say housekeeping should step it up a bit. The place was pretty dusty. These things to me seem minor and can be fixed rather quickly. That would then make me comfortable paying what we paid for 3 nights. But overall it was a wonderful stay and the staff we worked communicated well!

We planned a weekend with our family and friends and came across this property, which initially looked wonderful. We had high hopes based off of the pictures and descriptions provided online. After staying there for the weekend, the total cost (including taxes and a cleaning fee) was exponentially too high for what they “offered” online. Upon entering the house, there were cobwebs all along the windows, the kitchen counters were sticky, in-door appliances were falling apart or had leftover residue on them, the ice machine is nonfunctional and had mold in it, there were broken ceiling fans, and the AC unit in the master bedroom was broken (a box fan was provided to help with the heat). Then, when we headed outside, the trash bins were completely full from previous tenants, gutters were filled to the brim with debris, the outdoor furniture was poorly maintained and leaves/dirt coated the entire ground and furniture, the main outdoor grill was broken and not useable. We were told that there was a green light under the dock for fishing in the “Welcome Binder”, however that was false information because it was referring to their old dock. We made the most out of our situation, but we would not be interested in future rentals at this specific property or management group unless prices get significantly adjusted AND the house gets a major upgrade so that it reflects what they advertises online.

We had to cancel our beach trip because of weather. We found this house at the last minute and we really had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed.

Great location, Great Potential. All Amenities need to work as well as all lighting. Need a new or repaired bbg grill. Ice machine awesome if both had worked. By the way the picture of the boat dock is wrong. The refrigerator needs to be set at a lower temperature before arrival. 11 people requires a lot if groceries. Change lawn sprinklers. As we staged out front to pack up. The sprinklers came on and soaked most of our luggage. Set a different time for watering on departure days. Would go back with the listed repairs and updates

Outstanding location & home! The property managers were outstanding with communication, comfort & easy check in/out procedures! We’ll definitely stay there again.

It was. Great experience. We were sad to see the dock wasn’t a double. In the pictures you can see the top where you could jump off. Other than that, it was alll perfect!
