The view, conveniently located.

We absolutely loved the vacation and the unit was very nice. The pool was very small and not heated while we were there. If more than one family tried to use pool at one time, it would be too small. Overall though, we greatly enjoyed our stay and loved the IRB area.

Condo is very nice, well equipment kitchen, laundry, bedrooms are spacious. Weather was too cool and rained to utilize the pool, firepit or other outdoor activities. Being the bottom unit, we did hear noise from above (chairs sliding, walking) but it wasn't terrible. Walkable to restaurants and CVS. Only complaint was we lost internet (TV) on our last day and was confused on how to restore. The Vacasa 800 number was useless and so was the manual left. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We loved the beach

Overall a great location and option for anyone looking in this area. Unfortunately, we found that upon checkin, the pool was not heated as had been described in the listing at the time of booking, or looked like it had been maintained, as there was sand and debris throughout. The kids were disappointed, as the ocean is pretty cool this time of year, and were looking for a warmer option at times. Otherwise it was a great stay, and in a great location to restaurants and stores nearby. Would recommend!

I like to leave honest reviews with both highlights and room for improvements. This condo is nicely decorated, has an amazing view and the beds were super comfy. It has every amenity you would need to cook and was spotlessly clean. Being able to use beach chairs and bikes was a nice plus, and the balcony with comfy furniture was wonderful. There were two major drawbacks. The first was that the pool was not heated as advertised, and when I tried to inquire, all I got was what sounded like an AI virtual assistant who stated the heater was not working and informed me I could use the pool anyway (It was 60 degrees.) Not having the heated pool really changed the flavor of the trip considering it was New Year’s. The biggest issue, however, was that the unit is on the first level, and it sounded like elephants running in circles from 6am-2am every morning on the floor above. We do not know the building codes, but it seemed like there was a lack of soundproofing. I cannot stress how loud it was- we lost sleep over it. These two issues really stole some of the joy of our vacation.

Overall this was a great places for us to stay with have a group of 6, including two people that had never been to the beach or ocean. The beach and ocean being so close was a huge plus. However down side is, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Was informed it would be set to 78 degrees while we there and it was so cold we were unable to get in or make use of the pools. However the beach toys and fire pit made up for it and allowed us other things to do. Plenty of room for a larger group of friends. Close and walking distance to a lot or restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Great condo, very clean, and well furnished

Love this condo! We are Florida natives and Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite beach - The condo is in a great location, close to our wonderful restaurants and shopping. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Beautiful beach view and access!

It was an amazing property. Everything was as advertised and as other reviews stated. The proximity from your condo, to the pool, then to the beach, could not be beat. The kayaks the property has, the beach chairs, amazingly convenient. We left some kid sand toys for others who may come after he (mid September 2023).

We loved the view from the balcony. we saw dolphins, and manatees. The condo had everything we needed. Although we could have used more bath towels and wash rags. But we just washed them. The appliances were all high tech. Very nice place I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and so convenient to the beach. Indian Rocks was so family friendly and easy to get around. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family. We saw dolphins from our balcony on multiple occasions. We'll certainly come back!

Great location, condo was perfect for our family!

We found our unit to be very clean and really enjoyed the stocked kitchen and the layout, furniture and space was perfect and as described in the listing. The reason why we did not rate higher was because of the lack of response or acknowledgement when reaching out to Vacasa. Understand that it was over the holidays, but their site specifies to reach out via email or phone number but there was not any response for either for multiple days. Was concerning as we were notifying them that the elevator went down and there was some water damage occurring from a leak.

We had a wonderful time in this rental. Everything was perfect. It comes with practicality everything inside and outside! The view is so beautiful from the balcony. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying watching the sunsets. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great beach getaway! Thanks for the memories! The only complaint we have is that the people above us in Unit 2 were extremely noisy. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, silverware pots and pans. Furnishings were very suitable for the 8 of us. We hope to see you again next summer

The house was perfect, right on the beach, amazing view, beautiful pool, spacious, new and clean. We had a blast! Only downside was the beds are very firm so be prepared for that (which my back was not happy). Otherwise, so happy and we would stay there again!

This condo was perfect for our two families in IRB. Beautiful view of the ocean from the patio & easy walk to the beach. The location of the condo was great for walking to restaurants in IRB or hopping in the car to go north to Clearwater or south to multiple town (& all less than 20 mins). There are only 3 units in the building so it felt private. And having 2 parking spaces was a bonus! The beach wasn`t overly crowded as most `spring breakers` are in Clearwater. We all had a wonderful getaway & would go back in a heartbeat! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
