View was great. Issues with elevator. One was broken and firefighters had to be called. Otherwise good stay.

Very spacious and clean. Very well equipped with lots of bedding and blankets, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and easy access to the beach. Hope to stay here again.

It’s a very comfortable condo with plenty of room for a large family. The building seems safe and quiet. Being right on the beach was great. The downsides: the balcony has a decent view of the beach, but also of the road, so there is road noise. And it’s very annoying that, despite the price you pay, they do not provide enough toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, or washing detergent.

Condo was spacious, nicely updated and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

Bigger than it looks, lots of space, housed a family of 8 comfortably

We absolutely loved the location! We traveled down with two families with young kids and teenagers. Perfect distance to the beach and pool. Condo was beautiful comfortable and very well cleaned.

Great location close to beach. The unit was nice but issues with AC ( never able to change temperature) and WiFi didn’t work. Multiple phone calls to management company. They issues were never resolved prior to our departure. Very frustrating!

Very well equipped condo. Check in and out was great. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors - which we would not have noticed except the one-year old is still a crawler. Her knees and toes were filthy after 30 mins. I vacuumed once and mopped twice with little improvement. Other than that’s, I would have rated everything five stars.

This unit was clean and everything matched the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Pool was great. We would love to stay again. Suggestions: It would be nice if there was another recliner. Seating for 4 in the living area was not enough. It would also be nice if there was a shade on patio door in the primary bedroom . The silverware drawer needs a good cleaning. We were able to scrub the silverware we used.

We have stayed in this condo before. Upon arrival, it was spotless. One of the cleanest condo’s that we have every stayed in. Very spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you plan to cook meals. Mattresses are very comfortable. Great view on the patio of beach and pool. Upon arrival, we were only given one set of keys. You need the keys for the elevator/ lobby door in order to get up to the condo and a key to get into the pool area. I notified Vacasa by email and they delivered two more sets of keys within two days. I only have one issue with the condo, the chair in the living room was broke. The foot rest will not go all the way in and sticks out about 6 inches. The area between the chair and the coffee table is not very wide and if you are not careful you catch your foot on it. It was like this when we stayed here in May 2022 and I reported it immediately and oblivious nothing was done. I caught the top of my foot on it in May and had a huge hematoma on the top of my foot. We had a wonderful stay and will book again!!!

Loved this condo. It was very clean and had extra security features that made a small group of women feel safe staying there.

The unit was beautiful. Lots of space and very clean. It was nice that they included beach towels for our use and the storage closet with beach toys was an added bonus. Great trip, just not long enough!

Great time

Ocean View, Beach Front Condo with a Clean Pool and all the Amenities of Home! This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo was very clean and well taken care of. Not musty or dingy like some, being so close to the beach. The internet worked awesome and was fast and hassle free. The balcony was very large and perfect for breakfast/Lunch, but, not quiet enough to do conference calls from if that is your plan. It does overlook the pool, so it makes it very convenient to communicate with your kids/family and watch over them if need be. Perfect location as it is right in the middle of Johns Pass and Clearwater so no matter what your plans, it is a short ride either direction. 2 grocery stores within 2 miles. Your contact will even do all of your grocery shopping and have it stocked in your condo if you chose to do so. That was exceptional!! Lots of extra towels, sheets and blankets are supplied for all as well as a full Washer/Dryer right off the kitchen to keep a fresh stock. The kitchen had all the amenities of home and both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee Pot was available. The pool was very clean and never crowded. The beach was private and clean and also not crowded. You can enjoy the Bird Sanctuary which is a few buildings down off the beach. You would never know it was there, no smells or squawking to be heard. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs are located in the condo closet as well as a large cooler and thermal water jug. Beach toys are located on the beach in a big basket. The parking spot is literally right next to the elevator closest to the condo. The garbage shoot is right off the 1st elevator just steps from the condo. All around, it was a perfect location. Comfortable place in a fabulous location. We could see the pool and the beach from our deck. We enjoyed a truly restful restorative vacation. And the rest of our teens and 20 somethings enjoyed wakeboarding, tanning, the pool, floating on the waves so they did that constantly while we watched peacefully drinking coffee on the deck! All of my vacation hopes and dreams were met with this rental. I traveled with my hubby (working trip for him), my mother, and my 11 year old nephew. The location of this condo couldn’t have been more perfect and easy. We loved going between the beach and the pool. The pool was never crowded and neither was the beach! The view from the condo was breathtaking. The kitchen was supplied with all our needs for food prep and there were many convenient restaurant options. The condo was very well furnished and decorated and so comfortable-we could have stayed here indefinitely! Would love to rent here again in the future! We had such a wonderful time. Property was very well maintained. View was fabulous. Pool was refreshing. Two great things that were very convenient and has made it stand out....An elevator call button in the unit and a trash chute on each floor. So no lugging trash down an elevator to a dumpster.
