Everything was amazing. Our October stay was outstanding.

The location is great, very quite and clean beach. The rooms are big, and clean and the condo has all what do you.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic! Also the pool and hot tub was perfect. Condo had everything we needed for chill week with my adult daughters.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Crescent Beach, but the 1st time using Vacasa! Using Vacasa was so much easier! Love the app! Looking forward to many more vacas!

This unit was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the view from the huge balcony that overlooks the Gulf and city to the north. The beach was clean and nice and it was not too busy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this condo and the area surrounding it. The neighboring area is very well kept up and maintained. Highly recommend the restaurant Columbia just north of the condo. Thanks to Joelle of TeemingVR for assisting us in finding this lovely condo. Our Stay was great overall. We stay in this area twice every year, and this was our first time at Crescent Beach Club. This is a very nice complex. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Beach is quiet and nice. The 4 bikes were a really nice touch and we took them for a ride to Sand Key Park! Our dryer was broken on arrival, but the issue was taken care of immediately by Teeming VR. Thank you! The check in and out process were easy and accurate. Beach chairs were available as were a couple of beach towels. Kitchen had everything you would need to start with. Photo`s are accurate and the unit is as it appears in them. Our only suggestions would be 2 more dining chairs as the unit sleeps 6 but only 4 dining chairs. We made do with 2 from the master bedroom so all was good. Just a suggestion going forward! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this unit as well as others from Teeming VR. Checkin was super easy. Management always responded via text very quickly. They provided a binder with best restaurants, things to do, emergency info, etc...The condo was well maintained and clean. Pool and beach were easy to access. Having the outdoor grill was nice to cook our own meals. The beach/pool/condo complex were never crowded. The complex beach storage was nice and provided ample amount of chairs/umbrellas for beach use. We will definately be back!! The only thing I would suggest is getting newer balcony furniture. The current set is very old, outdated. But the balcony view itself was AMAZING!!! Absolutely gorgeous view!! Thank you for a fabulous getaway!! My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo which was perfect for us. The pool and beach are beautiful. The condo was clean with all the conveniences that made it feel like home. We are in the midst of virtual schooling and all the stress that goes along with it. We wanted to spend a week somewhere where we could relax, unwind and enjoy the outdoors; all the while continuing with school for the kids. This condo and location was perfect! We had a good wifi connection the entire time, space to spread out and have virtual classes. The pool and ocean are just steps away for easy outdoor fun. It also was not overly croweded, which was amazing! We went down to Clearwater Pier 60 a few times (easy 10 min drive) and were happy to leave and come back to the peacefulness of the condo and beach here. Excellent place!

Great stay, amazing view of the ocean. Unit was clean and comfortable. However there were confusing instructions on turning off and on water and power, I am not a maintenance person and paid a lot of money to stay there, that should not be my responsibility. I will not be staying there again. To much responsibility for being on vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The rooms were very nice and clean. The location is awesome and easy access to parking and very safe, secure. We would definitely stay here again. What a great place to end the summer!

This is an amazing location for families and for anyone concerned about COVID. We felt very safe, everything was very clean, and very isolated as far as takimg the elevators, etc. We were extremely happy and grateful! Cannot beat this view

Very nice condo. Great location and beach less crowded than Clearwater Beach where we’ve stayed often, esp this holiday weekend. Love the balcony safety for our grandson... no open railings. Pool great temperature. Needing a key to get into AND out of pool all the time a hassle and even residents of the property complained about the new locks!

We had a great time at this property. Worked perfectly for our family of 5 with the second bedroom having a queen and a bunk bed!

Our condo was amazing. Spacious and right on the beach. Every morning I would sit on the balcony looking at the ocean until the rest of the house woke up! Highly recommend this condo

Super easy check-in process. Property looks just like the pictures. It’s quiet and relaxing with just enough fun places around. There are sand toys, beach chairs and towels available. The pool and hot tub overlook the beach. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance!

We had so much fun on our trip. The condo was just as expected! Clean, beautiful views, everything we needed. Access to beach chairs was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

When we first arrived to the condo, we were greeted by a security guard who said we were not on the list. He asked who we booked with and we told him Teeming. He said “oh great they mess everything up.” When we got to the condo, it was even better than the pictures so we forgot about the initial experience. It wasn’t until we went out to the pool and realized the long list of rules which we were ok with until we were harassed by a resident who stated that these condos shouldn’t be rented and that the beach is for kids. He actually yelled at our kids who hadn’t even made it into the pool. We watch others swim with goggles and eat and tables while we were harassed for those things. At one point, I simply pulled a bag of crackers out to get to sunscreen when the officer came down to scold us. My recommendation would be for adults only. It’s clear the owners that live there do not want kids.

Excellent, clean and well maintained property and incredible ocean view. Loved the large balcony where we had breakfast and dinner watching the sunset into the ocean. Very romantic getaway. Will bring the entire family for a longer stay in the future. Enough beds for at least 6 people, we have 3 young boys and would probably fight for the bunk bed.

We went for a girls week and it was fabulous! We hope to return yearly.
