Very nice

The house was clean and large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The pool and property was well kept. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. The host was very friendly and informative. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was wonderful , great location only one issue , the AC did not get very cool, we learned you could not lower temp below 75 degrees, this was a little too warm for us. All in all great place !!

Its was a great stay overall. Everything was between 3 to 15 mons away. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely home and i really loved thw layout and decor.

It was a great stay. House was just as listed and we loved it. But….if I had to rate it from a scale of 1 to 10, I could not give it a perfect 10 and the reason is there was no washer and dryer. When you pay 2k for a home…well you would expect these amenities.

Overall the property was great! Great location near Madeira Beach and John's Pass. Then a close drive to other beaches and excursions too. The property fit our family of 4 well. The pool was awesome and had great shade for parts of the hot days! The host was awesome at communicating and I have full confidence that if we did have an issue ( which we did not) it would have been handled.

Upon arrival. Owner/manager on site. Noticed trash/cleaning supplies in his trunk. As soon as we entered he took off. The worse smell throughout house as if moldy wet mop/rags used. We tried open doors and fan but smell was so bad i started with a migraine. Bathroom exhaust fans covered in dust. Open vanity drawers someone long hairs all in it. The couch is so dirty arm rest are black. Not even the correct ohoto that he has posted. Very misleading. Ww contacted him, Jan, He came back to house and my husband said look at this furniture its so dirty we won't sit on it. He says well its better than the last one i had. This place for the money not worth it. Contacted Jan about issues says never had this. Let me tell you he says cleaning crew, nope its him himself. Read reviews people. We did get a full refund thank god and got out of there instantly to a better place. Unfortunately not a good rental but Jan was a nice person and answers promptly.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is very safe and conveniently located only 7 minutes from the beach. The house is updated and very clean. It was well stocked in case you forget something, and there are also many stores and restaurants located nearby. The pool area was our kid’s favorite feature of the property which also features a very nice grill. Jan, the property manager, was very quick to respond to any questions, kind, and we did not experience any issues. Madeira Beach is a great area and we enjoyed the Archibald Memorial Beach park as it was not overcrowded and ample parking before noon.

Everything was good , only thing there is no washer/dryer, but there was a laundry mat close by. Walmart , Publix close by.

House had plenty of room for everyone, really enjoyed having the two separate areas with TV’s. Had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of towels and cooking supplies, we especially loved the pool and back patio area!! It was kept clean and had lots of pool toys for the kids. Check in was super easy and Jan was a wonderful host to us! Will definitely stay again when we come back to the St Pete area. Thank you Jan!!

I celebrated Mother's Day weekend relaxing and enjoying the pool. The property is located close to the beach, grocery stores and nice restaurants.

Had a great vacation at this vrbo. The house is plenty big and the walk in shower in the master bedroom is really nice! Also having the pool towels provided was super accommodating! We would stay here again!

This is a really nice and clean house. The property manager came over and raised the temperature of the pool for us (83 is surprisingly chilly! and the heater only runs through part of the time, it turns off at night) so that was a super great touch. Wish the pool would be kept warmer for those winter months, but no real complaints!

Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean. Everything that we wanted to do was with in minutes. Highly recommend this property.

Jan was amazing and super accommodating for this last minute birthday weekend trip I wanted to do. The house was beautiful. The location is great. And everything we needed was there for us. Had a great pool day and a great birthday. Can’t thank Jan enough

Great place

First, let me start off with our background that we’ve stayed at multiple vacation rental homes and we love the convenience of having a place of our own…away from home for a little bit. Question - how could we have made the reservation well over a month in advance and not receive instructions on how to gain entry to the property (on the day of our arrival) without having to wait to receive them from the property owner after a long journey to get to the property? - okay no big deal, the owner later responds with entry info. Upon gaining entry, the home has a soiled smell, almost as if there were old dish rags left out or perhaps older folks may have just stayed prior to our visit that go a bit wild with BENGAY usage. Again, no big deal. But what was a big deal was the infestation living in the kitchen. See, we love VRBO for convenience but we also love it because we can cook for ourselves and make truly awesome meals at a home away from our home. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do that because the kitchen cupboards were infested with ants and I even killed a roach with wings one night. Soon after seeing the cupboards, would see them in other areas of the kitchen and this included the kitchen surfaces. This is unacceptable. Especially for the amount of monies paid. Who wants to cook in a place where you’re not sure if you have to wash every item before you even use it just to serve your family? Next, the master suite only had two sets of towels to use for bathing - two! I mean at least one more set could’ve done my wife and I a world of good. Each and every air vent, including the bathroom exhaust fans were COMPLETELY dust-filled which really made my “yuck meter” go off and could certainly use real cleaning. Let me just say that the best parts to the house was the chess board and the pool. Wow - can’t believe I just typed that. But other than that, the low quality wifi (that constantly read “Weak Signal”) and the really rude neighbor behind the house (opposite side of fence to pool) that accused us of being loud the night before really made this trip the pits. Instead of this VRBO host taking action to remedy the bugs immediately, they sent a message sayin it would be taken care of after we left. WHAT GOOD DOES THAT SERVE ME AND MY FAMILY THAT JUST TRAVELED OVER A THOUSAND MILES TO GET TO YOUR PROPERTY!? Overall, I’m not pleased with our stay. Please do not list this property again until these problems are corrected or very well taken care of.

Location and house was perfect. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Pool was a perfect touch to our vacation kids loved it. Would definitely rent this one again. Adding access to washer and dryer would be an added bonus for any family however suds and surf is right around the corner and affordable.
