This townhouse is brand new and it's just a short walk down to Blue Turtle Bay Marina, where there is also a restaurant/bar. Very nice townhouse with lots of room and outdoor seating. There is a front and back balcony on each level and a rooftop. The room with bunk beds is on the lowest level with the garage only. You go up one level to the main living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Then the top level has two bedroom suites each with a bathroom, with one being the master suite. We had two teen boys staying in the bunk room, so it worked great, however just be aware if you have littles that will be staying there. It is right by the front door with no one else staying on the same level. We greatly enjoyed our stay here while in town for a HS baseball tournament. Property manager took a day or two to respond prior to our stay, but was very responsive day of and while there(they sent a group text to me to use if I had any questions while there). We didn't get a chance to go the marina restaurant/bar until our last night there. We got there late so just had a quick drink. There was something odd the bartender did with our visa card that concerned us enough to block it and get a new one once we were home. We rented a boat from the Marina on our first day there. It was a fun filled day out on the lake for all 7 of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering. We had a blast and the staff at the marina were very helpful and friendly. We went on daily walks around the neighborhood and adventured out in Nashville, all of which seemed like a short 30 minute drive. Great townhouse and marina that I would recommend staying at!
