Our group enjoyed our stay very much, the place is beautifully decorated, bright, clean and roomy for 9 of us. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked most nights and the location was excellent, 5 min walk to bus stop to the beach. Linens and beds were comfortable. Thank you Andrew for your hospitality, we also enjoyed the table games!

We booked this rental for a family reunion. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. There are stores and restaurants close by, and the beach was a short car ride. Everyone we ran into in the community was friendly and helpful too. 100% would book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house is very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and baths are up-to-date and well appointed. The art work is "beachy" and fitting. Andrew was excellent from initial contact through check out and follow-up. I've rented often in Edgewater, Canal Corkran, Rehoboth Crossing and Sanibel. This was one of the best choices I made. The family had a great time. Thanks to the owners.

There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room and everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The house is even better than the pictures, the location is perfect, and Andrew is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This is our 3rd year at this beautiful home and we will be back again next year!

The house was perfect for our family get together. The space allowed our party of 8 to socialize , cook and sleep in a comfortable setting. The house is in a great location, close to all the action. Andrew was very accessible to answer our questions and respond to our needs. The only downer was the fireplace was inoperative. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property several times and always have a wonderful time! The kitchen is set up so it’s easy for us all to cook in the kitchen. The coffee table is great for a good game of scramble! The location is excellent for getting into town! The owner is easy to connect with if you have any questions! We can’t wait for our next visit!

We loved the brewery and the seafood restaurant in walking distance and it was a five minute drive to the beach. Great location! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us and the kids.

Lovely home with great floor plan. Easy drive to the beach. Nice relaxing time, quiet neighborhood. Went purposefully in off season so can not comment on the pool. House nicely appointed it was our second time staying if circumstances let us visit the beach again I would not hesitate to book the same home.

the house was very nice. well supplied with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Instructions were good and light switches were labeled( really helpful). The community is some rentals and some permanent residents, who were friendly to us. The pool is nice and great for a dip I the evening after being on the beach.

This beach house has exceptional amenities and includes beach gear and linens, which saved use from traveling in two cars this year. The owner, Andrew, is extremely responsive and checked in at the beginning of the week to ensure everything met our expectations. The kitchen is well stocked and the gas geill worked like a charm. Our stay in Rehoboth could not have been more wonderful. The house lived up to all of our expectations, not to mention the pool that was within a block of the house, the great shopping within walking distance and great restaurants.....all within a short distance to the beach! We have already booked the house for next summer!!

I was a bit nervous that the neighborhood would be quite loud given its close proximity to Jungle Jim's (walking distance), but I couldn't have been more wrong. This property is tucked away far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful. Given that we stayed there with children, we did enjoy the short walk to Jungle Jim's during our stay and were able to pop out for a quick lunch back at the house and walk back to finish out the afternoon. House was fully equipped with what we needed, including linens and plenty of towels for everyone. We could have used a couple more comforters/blankets for the beds but we also like the AC blasting, so we ended up compromising on the AC setting. This place is also walking distance to Fractured Prune, for the best donuts, and a really short drive to the beach. We took full advantage of the community swimming pool and tennis court. Overall really happy with this location, will consider booking again for future family gatherings.

Andrew was a great host! He was very accommodating and welcoming upon our arrival. The house is exactly as described in the listing. We traveled with two younger children and they had a blast. Even though it was rainy most of the weekend they really enjoyed being in the house and playing the games that were provided. One day we ventured to the beach and appreciated the beach items that were in the garage for us to use. This is our second time at this property and will not be the last!

This was the 35th year that my sorority sisters and I have been getting together for a girls weekend of eating, drinking and shopping. This is our 2nd year at Andrew’s house and we will be back again next year. The house is everything in the description and more. It’s well equipped, great location and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Andrew checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was ok. If you’re looking for a great house with a great host this is the place for you!!

Andrew’s home is beautiful and spotless. The home was very spacious and we never felt crowded even with 6 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 13. Keys of Marsh Harbor is a nice neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. The location was perfect. The home was located off Route 1 behind Jungle Jim's close to all the outlets, restaurants and beaches. It was so nice to come back at the end of a busy day and unwind in this lovely home and quiet neighborhood. Andrew's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. Andrew was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Andrew checked in by text during our stay to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying ourselves. Bob his property manger was also great to work with. Andrew’s customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Andrew and his beautiful Home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. Andrew, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our 2 daughters, son-in-laws and grandsons, We had a wonderful time!

This is an excellent location, close to everything we like to do in the Rehoboth area. The property manager did a fantastic job of communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. He went above and beyond. The house is fully equipped with things that made our stay more enjoyable. The house is very nicely decorated. We will definitely be back.

There were only four of us staying for the weekend, however; a home this size certainly can accommodate many more. We felt right at home. The area is very quiet yet convenient to Coastal Highway and a short drive to the Avenue. The home was well stocked and the guys enjoyed playing cornhole out back off the patio several times. Our host Andrew was very helpful. We would definitely rent in the future

Honestly, there’s no real constructive criticism I might impart here. Our stay was perfect. The neighbors were quiet, the location was accessible to the beach and town. The furnishings were similar quality to what we have at home; very comfortable and the beds were nice and cozy. We were so happy that we chose well, as choosing ‘wrong’ can, in my experience, dampen the experience for all. Well done, Andrew. We would hope to rent from you again next Summer. Richard
