Everything you need is in this perfect size condo for a couple or a small family. Right on the water and quiet. Great location. We will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. One thing that I did not know was that there were stairs. As senior adults it was strenuous to climb the stairs but we managed. Will I stay again? Yes.

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean and cozy! It was in a great location, with a nice little restaurant across the road. I loved the windows in the living room and bedroom. There was washer and dryer, which was wonderful! We will stay here again!

My wife, son, and I were looking for a place to stay on Lake Hamilton while visiting family. This was a perfect place that provided a relaxing atmosphere in the evening with the ability to jump right out on the lake the next day!

This was a sweet condo that was clean and decorated beautifully. Cozy and comfortable! The host was super sweet and provided more than most with shampoo, soaps, coffee, creamers, laundry supplies, and beach towels to borrow!! She thought of everything and we had a wonderful stay!

The adverstiment did not list the extra chargessuch as an extra bed, cleaning fees. wedid not need an extra bed since there were only two of us.Had I know about the extra charges I would not have rented.

We really enjoyed this updated, clean, cozy lakeside condo. It had everything we needed. Great location outside of busy Hot Springs and the relaxing patio looking out over the lake for morning coffee and evening drinks was just what we were after!

We stayed during the eclipse weekend and despite lots of people being in the area, the property was very quiet and relaxing. It is on the water and it was great to wake up to that everyday. The property was very clean and cute. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We enjoyed our stay.

I visited Hot Springs for my Birthday! This place is the perfect home away from home! It’s clean, organized and decorated to fit the them which was valentines. The view is immaculate seeing the lake, the birds flying and chirping by the window. It was so relaxing even while it rained the whole weekend. We will definitely be back.

The condo was really nice as advertised and stocked well. The only issue we had is seeing the entrance especially after dark. Bigger, better reflectors would be helpful. This would be a suggestion for the property mgmt.
But again, the Condo was excellent. 2 baths, full size new washer and dryer and the king bed was very comfy. Amy was helpful and prompt.

The condo has everything you could possibly need. So clean and cute. Water is just steps from the back door and perfect for morning coffee. We loved our visit & would highly recommend it

Nice condo right on the lake. Porch is great for coffee by the water and the TV was perfect for Sunday football on a rainy afternoon. Easy access to downtown and outdoor activities.

We enjoyed our very relaxing weekend stay. Great view and ideal walk-out access to the lake. We had everything we needed including beach towels (we brought our own and didn’t even need them) and laundry detergent (we went home with no laundry to do!). We encountered a few critters in the property but I’m sure that’s to be expected so close to nature. I would have never looked at the more difficult places to clean like under the bed and behind the headboard if we hadn’t. Overall great stay and would recommend this property.

We loved the condo. It was small but didn’t feel cramped at all. Right on the water which is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t expect stairs to go up/down, that may have been in listing but I missed it. I had to get help from my husband when going up and down when we left (which was only 2x. Clean, comfy —the bed and pillows were awesome! -I even took note of what they were so I could get some!! Hubby said he wished a recliner was in there but that’s the only negative!) Well stocked and organized. We will definitely be back!!!!

Super clean, cozy and fun little condo! This place had everything you need. We didn’t cook anything, but they have it all - even had frosted glasses in the freezer ❤️. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle free, well equipped getaway.
