Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The game room was great. Elk came through the neighborhood each morning and evening, so that was awesome.

I assume they have had issues in the past. However, I found it odd I never received checkin instructions. When we arrived at 10pm there was a note on the door to call the property manager for checkin. It’s not a big deal for them to verify your party size, but that should have been done prior to the day of checkin. Especially considering cell and internet service isn’t great in Pine, AZ. Outside of that, the house was meticulous and very comfortable.

The home was nice and enjoyed our time here. The home was a little warm when we first arrived but once we got the ac on, it cooled down.

We booked the cabin as a place for the family to stay while we hunted during opening weekend of archery dear. The house was cleaned and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it hard to get up early in the morning to hunt. I could have stayed in the bed all day. Our teens claimed the man cave and only came out to eat or use the bathroom. We got daily visits from the cow elk in the area and our dogs loved the yard to run and play. The AC units were adequate to cool the whole house but we still opened the bedroom windows at night for that extra cool room. We loved our entire stay and will be back soon. Definitely booking for elk season.

We enjoyed our quiet stay and week away from the heat at this cozy spot. Nice neighborhood to walk around with the dogs and in a quiet area with little traffic. Open kitchen area, comfortable rooms and wifi worked great during days two of us had to work remotely. A great combination of respite, yet across the highway from hiking trails and walking distance from THAT Brewery and the Old County Inn. Nephews that joined us for a night loved the game room in the converted garage and were well entertained with ping pong and their own space to watch TV.

This place was true to post. Beautiful location, clean and spacious. Something for everyone:)

Had a great time in this cozy place. Everything was amazing. We only had a couple of minor things tos say. Overall it was awesome but a couple of the towels had hairs on them before we even used them and no salt which wasn’t a big deal. Still getting a five star regardless.

The house is perfect. The gated fence made the dogs happy as they took countless loops around the property. We enjoyed the man cave and all the games. The TV’s were all set up to make watching any streaming device we currently had. It helped keeping the toddler occupied. The town was close and we did a little shopping and got some delicious soft serve. We will be back. Thanks for the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We went on a day trip to enjoy the snow with my son and nephew, they had so much fun in the game room. The kitchen has what you need to store snacks and make a quick bite to eat. Will definitely come here again.

This property was super clean! Loved how big and spacious it was. We had a great time with our friends and our dogs! The man cave was a huge hit with us all at night. Also got to see lots of deer up close. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I would not stay at this house again, at least not in the summer months. The listing was clean and well decorated. However, there were several items that were challenging for my family. The listing didn’t have any pictures of the outside. When we arrived we learned that was because the views were not great. There also was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the nice Pine weather at night. Also, there is not a central air conditioner at this property (even though the listing said it does). The internal temperature was over 82 degrees and we couldn’t be in the house during the day at all. We had to find other places to go until the sun went down and the house started to cool down a little. Luckily we had family staying at a different vacation rental and we were able to go there. We would have been out of luck otherwise. Lastly, the check out requirements were very chore heavy, which was disproportionate to the time we were able to actually enjoy the house.

We took a last minute trip up to Woods canyon and decided to stay the night. This house is about 50 minutes away but still closer that driving home. The house was on a quite street. It was clean and perfect when your traveling with kids. They loved the game room/ garage. It was perfect for them. It seemed to be equipped with everything you need and was nicely decorated.

The house is well maintained and in really good shape. Plenty of room in the kitchen and the garage playroom is nicely done. Kids would have a ball (so to speak) in there. All in all worth the money.

The property was tucked away a didn't have the best views, however it was close to the cute little shops in PINE. The family enjoyed the " man cave" the teens had a blast with the pool table and ping pong. The location was good for our needs about 30 minutes from each planned activity. The only downside was that it had ants in the master bedroom, and the A/C was out so our 4 days were over 80 degrees inside. The host was kind about it and offered to cover any added expenses if we needed to get a portable unit, however we just made due. If you're looking for a nice, clean and well priced place for family especially with teens this is your place.
