It was perfect for our stay. Centrally located in Eufaula. Easy access to the conference we we're attending. The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and quickly took care of any issue we had. Thumbs up!

My husband and I are seniors. While this was more of a family unit and we would do better with a one story, I picked it for the location. It had everything and more. We liked having 2 restrooms, a view of the lake, a nice dinner at Captain John’s, and close to shops in town. We would book it again or recommend to our children and grads.

We loved the townhouse! Nicer than my apartment back home. Right on Lake Eufaula, with a boat ramp, restaurant, general store and liquor store within a 30 second walk. For the best price we could find on Eufaula.

We just stayed here for a quick night stay while passing through. Check in and check out was painless and the house was exactly what we needed. Great setup for the kids with the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The lake across the street to go feed ducks etc was a nice bonus Would definitely stay here again over the hotels in the vicinity.

We chose this property based on location, and it really worked out. Ample parking, very near a boat ramp, and a restaurant just across the street.
We didn’t eat in the condo very much, but it seemed well equipped with what you would need. The beds were comfortable, and I wish we had all of our kids there to enjoy the extra space.
I especially appreciated the fact that there wasn’t a long to do list for checkout. We left the house really neat, but weren’t required to start laundry, etc. like some properties ask you to do.
Quick communication with the property manager was a plus. I would recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The pics are a great representation of the cute condo located in an easy accessible location to lake and town. The king bed was super comfortable and we slept well! Loved the extra details of soft sheets/towels, nice dishes and a great coffee maker and Kcups. I’d stay here again for sure!

It was a nice place to stay on our way from Texas to Arkansas. We 1st thought the door code wasn’t working, but my husband went around to the front of the unit & was able to get in. Wasn’t very intuitive since you can’t park in the front!

Had a great time, beds were comfortable and the AC bow cold, had everything we needed but did not use the kitchen but looked well supplied, we used the boat ramp right accross the street and was very handy to have it so close and right next to the marina, host was prompt with communication and any needs we had! Will be back

Everything went well. It’s right across from an authentic lakefront restaurant and down the street from the kid-friendly Jellystone park. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

Richard was very responsive to providing trash bags, washcloths which were not available when we arrived. There were two washcloths there when we arrived, but we booked an eight night stay and two were not enough. The restaurant across the street was excellent I would highly recommend to anyone staying anywhere on the lake. Excellent, excellent, excellent food and service!!! The condo could also use hooks for everything like towels, washcloths, coats/jackets and other things that did not need a cloth hanger. The condo was cleaner than any my wife and I ever stayed at before. I am sure that my wife and I will stay there again. Location on lake was convenient to everything you need.

Made a quick trip to town and just wanted a nice clean place to stay for a single night. The place was really nice, and as advertised, but I didn't really get to enjoy it since I got there late and left early. I would definitely stay here again. Would have been "cherry on the pie" if there would have been a couple of K-cups of coffee.
