Very comfortable lake house with everything we needed for a week at the lake. Layout was spacious and everything was as depicted in the listing. Hosts were readily accessible when we had an issue with the door lock upon arrival and rectified right away. Tons of great info on the area is in the guest guide. Two suggestions- the gas grill is past its prime and the kitchen range could use an upgrade. We enjoyed the cottage and recommend it!

Comfy furniture, beds and well outfitted. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. The exterior was great with plenty of options for taking in the views or playing.
A side note: Due to a major storm that came through Midway through our stay, the electricity was out for most of the county. Our hosts supplied us with alternate temporary lodging and supplies. Excellent and thoughtful service that we greatly appreciated!

Our 6 night stay was delightful. The property was even better than we expected. The view was worth 5 stars alone. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also liked to share a glass of wine on the deck. It was a perfect location for visiting nearby restaurants, wineries and small breweries. We enjoyed Watkins Glen State Park and the 19 waterfalls. We also enjoyed the Corning Glass Museum. (We recently watched the Netflix series “Blown Away” which is a competition of professional glass blowers.) We happened to have a few unusually hot days and the air conditioning kept us cool. We would be happy to return!

A short getaway with my husband, in-laws and a friend. The house was perfect for the five of us! So close to everything. House was clean and up to date and the fire table/pit outside was lovely. My favorite part of the trip was waking up and enjoying my coffee while looking at the lake. I highly recommend. Easy transactions and great communication with the hosts thank you again!

We had amazing stay this week. Great location for chasing wine brew pubs and lots of great hiking. The view from the deck is stunning. Owners did great job w pillows beds sheets and all the small things like soap shower stuff etc. owner really responsive. You must sit on deck and watch sun go down over lake. Highly recommended

A few of my co workers and i did a little girls trip for a few days. We couldn't be more happy with the house and views. Def will be returning!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this rental! The place is decorated super cute and has all the essentials. We absolutely loved the dock, kayaks, propane fireplace and the boat house turned into game room! Our only complaint was that there were several items that were missing (trash bags, dish washer pods etc) but the owner responded to my message quickly and had the cleaning crew drop them off as soon as possible. Also there was a sofa bed advertised in the listing in "bedroom 2" but we couldn't find it until we eventually figured out that the sofa in the living room was actually a pull-out couch--we wished that was a little more clear. All in all it was a great place and I would definintely stay there again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the peaceful lakeside setting, especially the dock and the "bonus" boathouse, as well as the kayaks that were available for our use.The house itself was beautifully furnished with every amenity and we were just a few minutes drive to many of the local attractions and excellent restaurants. House instructions were comprehensive, and communications with the property manager were timely and clear. We hope to be able to stay at this property again the next time we visit the Finger Lakes.

Property and views were wonderful!!! Would luv to come during warmer weather to enjoy the lake!!! Deck and firetop table were awesome! Loved the home, all needed supplies were available, coming from afar, that is very appreciated!!! Location was private and perfect for wineries and brewery's!!! Loved it!!!!

Great property for a wine country tour of the Finger Lakes. Views were incredible, and it is located very close to wineries, breweries, and just about 10 minutes from Watkins Glen for provisions, restaurants, boat rentals, and hiking.
