Wonderful view

Topper doesn’t hide old mattress in second bedroom. Very plain walls no pictures. Quite dated kitchen and bathroom. Rainwater puddle from kitchen stove pipe on floor

Very lovely bungalow set on a working farm. the home is very spacious and clean. there’s an en-suite to one double room and a very large separate bathroom with bath and shower. All three bedrooms were very big and had plenty of storage. lovely to spend the evenings in the conservatory looking out over some beautiful scenery. The kitchen is big and we’ll stocked and there’s a utility room with freezer and washer. Well insulated and quiet but I enjoyed opening the window and listening to the lambs, birds, sheep and cows in the mornings. Easy to find and easy access via a key safe. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. highly recommended. three generations stayed here and it was a lovely break.

not a complaint, just observation from my perspective:- lots of utensils, crockery, baking sheets etc but could only find one pan which was enormous, my two eggs looked a bit lost in there being boiled. can’t complain- the farm eggs were left there for us and were lovely; and I didn’t go on holiday to do master chef so I didn’t expect a 10 piece pan set! top tip- towels are provided; they are bath towels and hand towels, if you like a bigger bath sheet, bring one with you.

Fabulous house, very spacious and great facilities. Beautiful location with amazing views. A perfect base for visiting the area. Would highly recommend
