We couldn't wait to go back to the villa! Home from home but with sunshine, pool & relaxation time! Everything you need, spotless rooms, comfy beds (air conditioning was superb & needed!) Walking to the beach & restaurants was icing on the cake. Adam in contact to make sure everything was ok. Hoping to visit again soon.

Lovely spacious villa and good sized pool. Within walking distance of beach and local amenities. Adam and Sigrin always responded promptly to queries and were very helpful. You do need to book restaurants as a group in the evening. Bus to Mahon was quick and cheap and the land train takes you to Punto Primo, the splash park and Binibeca Vell. Would recommend the villa and Binibeca for a restful and relaxing holiday.

Great property in a great location. The outside areas and pool were very nice, giving plenty of options for sitting out in the sun or shade throughout the day. The inside of the property was very well equipped and the AC in the bedrooms was very welcome for a good nights sleep. Communication and check-in was seamless. Our group of 6 (including two young children) had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great holiday at this villa. The location is great, lovely and quiet very relaxing. Lovely villa with a big pool and although it was early October we were still able to use the pool which was great. All communication with the owner was easy. Wonderful holiday !!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gaviota, it was very comfortable with everything you could need. A short walk from some lovely restaurants and shops and of course the beach. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

A tranquil villa set in lovely grounds with a great sized swimming pool. Amenities and equipment are available for most, if not all, activities. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Our family really loved our time at this fantastic, exceptionally well equipped villa. A good sized pool and gardens with plenty of sunbeds & shade were just perfect for us to chill out. Also sun umbrellas to take to the beach were appreciated. Air Con worked really well and it just felt home from home with everything we needed. Large fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space etc. Wifi was good and we watched a few Netflix (provided) movies and streamed some football games and they worked fine. We had numerous barbeques which is designed with a good distance from coals to the food rack so the food can cook at a normal pace and be cooked without burning. Perfect! The villa is located in a lovely peaceful location and just a short 5 min walk down to the village of Cala Torret where there were numerous restaurants with picture postcard views over the sea and a mini supermarket, bakery etc. Also communal waste and recycling bins were only a minutes walk from the villa came in very handy too! Managed to meet both Adam and Sigrin who helped us out with a general touristy query (nothing to do with the villa may I add!) and their friendliness and helpfulness/advice knows no bounds. We hired a car so were able to get our main shop from Eroski in Sant Lluis and topped up from the local mini supermarket in Cala Torret but you easily just use thge local facilities if required. We have a few trips out e.g. went to Son Bou beach which was great, had a wander round Mahon which is beautiful and a boat ride round the harbour, we had an evening out and meal at the stunning harbour resturants at Es Castell (Cales Fonts). We didn't actually try the small local beach but plenty of people were uisng it so I am assuming that must be decent too. We also had a meal and wandered round Binibequer Vell one evening with its whitewashed houses and bustling restaurants, amazing! Our overall impression of this villa and area of coastline was that it is hugely picturesque, well cared for and is just a fantastic part of the island. I would certainly rebook this villa again!

If you're looking for a stunning, characterful, spacious villa look no further. Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood a short stroll to the nearest beach - the villa has a fantastic pool set within landscaped grounds. The hosts went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay - something you won't get with the Villa Pluses of this world. If you can find any available dates book it.

Just spent a lovely week at villa gaviota. Everything you need is provided. Binibeca is a quiet place, so great for a villa based relaxing holiday. Had a very minor issue, which was fixed straight away . We had a late flight and Marc kindly let us stay on in villa, as it was near end of season, which was great as we had my 2yr old grandson and elderly Mum with us. Would definitely recommend this Villa for a family holiday.

The villa is lovely - traditional Menorca villa in a brilliant location. Quiet and tucked away with a lovely garden / pool. 10 min walk to the beach. Adam and Sigrin are very helpful / great to deal with!

We had an amazing family holiday ...great space for children.Lovely beach just a short walk away and fabulous restaurants in Cala Torret.The house was well equipped and had air conditioning in the bedrooms.We enjoyed the pool and the welcome shady areas in the beautiful garden .

You will not find a better villa. We visited with 7 people and there was more than enough space. The outdoor areas provide a lovely environment for both kids and adults with lots of shade. Excellent communications with the owners. The villa has excellent facilities and a superb swimming pool. A couple minor issues (and they were very minor) were sorted out within a day by the owners. We couldn't have asked for more.

We've had the most relaxing holiday in Villa Gaviota. Everything was as described on the website, lovely & clean, fabulous air conditioning in all the bedrooms which was so welcoming. The garden is wonderful with so many areas to sit & relax when not in the pool, which had sun all day so could swim in early evening too! And the grandchildren (& grown ups) loved the pool floats!). Having a welcome pack was useful when we arrived, shopped later in one of the 3 larger supermarkets within 10 min. drive. It is a lovely quiet area, but just a short stroll to the beach (with the beach towels provided!), local supermarket for everyday needs & restaurants & bakery. We are a 3 generation family & we all enjoyed Villa Gaviota so much that it's the first time after many villa holidays in the area that we all agreed that we want to return to this villa again!! Adam was so easy to contact if needed as was the management company, who even supplied clean towels mid week as well as change of bed linen weekly. Many thanks.

We all had the most amazing holiday at the villa and would definitely return! It had everything you could need whilst away and the outdoor area especially is just beautiful. The process from booking the villa to actually arriving was so smooth and stress free. It is just a short walk down to the beach and local restaurants and you can hop on a little bus that gets you to nearby towns very quickly. The area is so lovely and peaceful so would suit couples or families looking to relax. We all had the best time! Thanks so much.

We have had a fantastic holiday. The villa was superb, the facilities were second to none and the gardens and pool were just amazing, everything was provided, even buckets and spades and beach towels! We would definitely recommend the villa and would love to visit again, and our thanks to Adam and Sigrin for their care and attention.

We had a great time staying at this villa. Communication with the owner was very easy and helpful and the actual property was amazing. The garden with pool, sun-loungers, grassy area for children to play and outside dining area was one of its best features. Location could be a little closer down towards the beach/restaurants but it was totally manageable.

We had a lovely week at villa La Gaviota and the weather was warmer than we expected which meant we did get to use the pool most days. The beach is wonderful and child friendly.....our grandson who is 2+ loved jumping the big waves. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped but there are 3 rather large tiled steps inside which meant we couldn’t leave our grandson unattended as he races everywhere! He loved “his holiday home” Thank you Adam and Sigrin

Well I really would like to keep this amazing villa a secret, but I can't because it really is fantastic. The owners want to give you a 5 star experience and that is what we got. Myself and 4 friends went to celebrate my birthday and all of us want to go back, we didn't want to leave. The villa is beautifully decorated and has a homely feel to it whilst feeling Menorcan at the same time. Everything you need is here, coffee makers, iron, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher plus dishes to bake/cook if you want to. The owners made them available to answer every question I asked to reassure me as I was nervous booking for everyone. The villa was immaculately clean, fresh towels mid week and beach towels were a huge bonus. The little herb garden was used for our salads so quaint. The outside area felt private to sunbathe,quiet too, the pool was lovely and regularly cleaned by a very polite man. The bushes and plants in the garden were pleasing to look at. The tree was a focal point and offered well needed shade in the heat. There were plenty of floats and other accessories for the pool, for kids etc. The owners have tried to think of everything you could possibly need in order to have a great holiday so I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. The local supermarket is not far away, plus there is a bakery open from 8 till 2 to pick up fresh bread , croissants etc. the beach is also nearby. The land train taking you to binibeca or punts prima is fun and reasonable. Plus lots of lure at restaurants to eat at. Check out the Thai restaurant on the road out of binibeca vell ...food was Amazing.

The villa is charming (the garden especially is really beautiful) it is in a great location close enough to the beach and shops / restaurants. The owners Adam and Sigrin are lovely and very helpful. Recommend this villa!

The whole family enjoyed their stay at the villa. It’s located a short distance from Mahon airport (20 mins drive), the journey can be made easily by taxi or bus. Cala Torret and Binibeca were lovely with a range of supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars and places to book water sports equipment. We didn’t hire a car but the walk to Cala Torret was about 10 minutes (15 back up hill!). The villa’s setting was lovely with a pretty garden, pool, BBQ and outside seating areas. It was lovely having our own pool which was plenty of enough for the four children to enjoy. The villa was well equipped with something for everyone including a high chair, a range of kitchen utensils, games, books, toys and air conditioning which was brilliant when the weather was 30•c outside. A lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous time here. Everything you need for a great holiday. Very quiet and stunning gardens. A car isn’t really necessary as everything is just a short walk away. We hired some bikes to do some exploring. We would highly recommend the villa and location, owners were very accommodating. Thank you

We had a lovely holiday at this villa which is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shop. The villa was very well equipped and well presented with great housekeeping. Beach towels was a lovely touch. There was an excellent range of outdoor and indoor games to suit all family members. The pool was a good size and well maintained and set in a lovely garden with shady and sunny areas. The host was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to our stay. We would recommend this villa and would visit again.

This was the perfect place for our first holiday as a family. Our party consisted of myself, husband and 14 month old and my mother. The villa is the perfect distance to the airport (20 mins drive) and very easy to find. Binibèquer is a lovely little area with a few restaurants, little supermarket with everything including nappies and baby food, watersports facilities, a little park and amazing little beach with soft sand, clear blue water, toilets and a bearch bar. All so clean and well looked after. The villa is gorgeous, with a wonderful garden that is perfect for smaller children. There is a grassy area and a herb garden fully stocked with fresh herbs and lemon trees. The villa was equipped with everything we could have hoped for from lots of towels, to board games, to pool floats, beach toys, high chair, travel cot, kitchen appliances, you name it...! The villa was perfectly clean on arrival with a little welcome breakfast package provided. In addition to the above the owners, Adam and Sigrin were so helpful and hospitable. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were always on hand to answer all my questions. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Villa was comfortable,well equipped and in a lovely quiet location very near to the beach. We were 2 families so different age groups and the villa catered well for all of us. We particularly enjoyed sitting at the outside dining area playing games and relaxing.
