it was clean and seemed pretty new

the staff where unbearable. they made so much pressure on me to pay a security deposit even before I arrived. I have finally checked out and they are no longer responding to my messages as regards the refund of my deposit. also while at the apartment they took days to reply to messages I had about were to take out trash and other things. the staff of this company is a total sham and I will rate them negative 1 (-1) if there was anything like that. they made the trip so unbearable for me and I regret booking with them. up until now I have not received any news as to the refund of my deposit or if I damaged anything at there property ( because I did not ). it has been a completely stressful process with humans that are so hard to deal with. i think there property should be delisted and they should be made to understand what they are doing before enlisting it again.

clean and new, big enough for a family of 5, fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay.

needs a few essentials like hoover, mop, clothes drying rack, basic cleaning supplies.

The apartment is modern and new. Good parking, security system, window blackout blinds, Big TV, great shower cabin and overall great facility.

The host is pretty much non responsive, not enough linen and towels for all the people on reservation. Kitchen not well equipped (3 forks for 4 people, no kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent provided for 3 days for 5 day stay etc.), missing hairdryer, no toilet paper. Overall not well equipped. No explanation of parking options (free parking was available but the host did not mention it). I would pick something else if you have an option.
