The property is lovely, roomy, clean. It's just tough because you can hear everything upstairs which is understandable but sometimes it would be in the middle of the night and wake us up.

Our family of five had a great experience in this spacious, comfortable condo. Clean and well-outfitted, the condo had everything we needed, including very convenient parking. Kevin is friendly and super-responsive to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Boston area.

Kevin's home was a great place for a quick getaway with friends! A very quick walk to the T (which is right behind the home but not noisy at all). The house had more than enough room for our group of 10. Kevin was very responsive and a great host. Would stay again!

This property was pristine. It was clean and had everything you can think of, except maybe enough towels. But the hosts is making an effort to be more environmentally conscious, so we understood. It was within walking distance of the subway, which was wonderful. We were staying here for an academic competition at Harvard and the commute there from the B&B was easy. The hosts were wonderful. They were responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again. The one thing we were worried about was the parking because we knew we had to rent a large vehicle. We were able to park easily throughout our trip. There is plenty of space right outside the property.

The property was incredibly clean and as described. Although it is adjacent to the train, there was no problem with noise from the train at all. The surrounding homes and neighbors were maintained and friendly. The nearby shopping center is lacking but we had groceries delivered. There is a great neighborhood pub one block away called The Blarney Stone we enjoyed multiple times.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. Our daughter lives close by so the location was great. The place was very clean. All of us had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was seamless. All in all, everything was great! We will be back!

The house was wonderful and perfect for our family weekend getaway in Boston. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

6 women 45-60’s, felt safe in area although it looked a bit sketchy. Loved Boston! Very friendly city and heaps of history. Property was as pictured, very clean!!! Need more bathroom wash clothes though! Easy enough drive to central Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. Don’t hesitate to rent! Property owner VERY quickly responded to all questions! Would rent again for a group of 6! Each lady had her own bed!

We enjoyed our stay. Our only problem was the people who were on the floor above us. Lots of fighting late at night and very noisy people. You have no control over that but they definitely didn't care that others were trying to get some sleep!

The unit was exceptionally maintained, clean and wonderful. Parking can be difficult especially if other units are being used. The neighborhood is a bit depressed but otherwise it was a great place and communication with Kevin was great.

My three siblings and I and our significant others came to Boston to visit our brother who lives there. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We had a great time!!!

Great condo in an easily accessible location, just a short drive from the interstate and less than one block to the MBTA's red line. There are also several restaurants within a block from the unit. Plenty of space for a large family or group. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Great home for a family of 8. Easy drive into the city and places for tourists. Not many restaurants to eat at near the home but driving around was easy. Home was clean and beds were comfy!

The house fit the 7 of us quite comfortably. We used the subway daily to get around Boston, so a weekly pass was perfect. The noise from subway station did not bother us at all. If you have more than 2 cars it might be challenging to find street parking. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was 1 towel / wash cloth per person so plan on doing a couple washes if you stay 5 plus days. I would stay here again and the host Kevin answered me promptly when I had a question.

I stayed here with three friends. The apartment is clean and the location is good, in that it is 30 seconds from the T. There are restaurants and stores nearby too, but if you’re coming as a tourist you’ll probably spend most of your time outside the neighborhood. Kevin was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The apartment itself is quiet But the walls are thin. Fortunately the people upstairs were very quiet so no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice, clean property

Stayed here with my family (parents, 2 siblings, aunt, husband) for my brother's graduation weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, clean, and newly renovated. Check-in was easy, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great pressure, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be together or have space if they wanted it. You definitely need to drive or take Uber to more restaurant/bar/going-out areas of the city, which is fine because you're never more than a 20 minute drive. Also, the host is SO quick to answer calls and texts and he's so, so kind. Would absolutely stay again.

House is well kept, close to T stop, convenient.

Owner was great to work with! Very close to train station so if light sleeper recommend ear plugs! Will be staying again in future!

Nice comfortable place right next to MBTA Red Line Fields Corner stop . We spent most of our time in Boston. Very easy to use the Subway system(MBTA). We got week long pass for $22. Only used it 2.5 days. One day pass was $11. Even used to go to the Airport our last day.

Our trip to this location was wonderful! The unit is the entire first floor of a triple decker with plenty of beds and bathrooms, a lovely living room, and a big kitchen. The location is right next to a stop for the red line to the train and you can get to all the best stuff in Boston in 30 minutes with a quick train ride. There are also some cute drink shops within a 10 minute walk. One caution to light sleepers, you can hear the train in the rooms closest to the train stop, but the farther rooms are much quieter. Either way, we slept well in the comfy rooms. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. There was one mix up with which amenities were available, but the owner was kind and apologized and let us know they would fix it for the next guests. All in all, a delightful stay, definitely would come again for our next Boston stay!
