Not that big a room

Our 2nd stay here and it is fabulous. The attention to detail is superb, everything you could possibly need is provided in a spacious, very clean room with great ensuite. A quiet location but easy walk into the town centre or the Quay

Can’t fault it in any way

Couldn’t fault anything. Andrea, our host, was charming and extremely helpful. Spotlessly clean accommodation. Breakfast (taken in the adjoining “sister” guest house) was one of the best we have ever experienced.

Immaculate room in a B+B well situated for walking to local amenities. Good bedding plus touches that include chocolates and cookies on the in-room coffee tray. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Helpful staff.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our stay was quiet and the room very comfortable. I can recommend the breakfast at Andrea’s brother’s establishment next door.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk into town. It was an impeccably clean and comfortable room. We were well looked after and couldn't ask for more. Would definitely like to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Breakfast excellent. My ratings apply to a bed & breakfast. I.e.bedroom/bathroom excellent & not wanting other facilities. Location chosen in walking distance to town centre & restaurants.

For what we wanted including parking , no dislikes. Landlady , Andrea, very attentive & helpful.

Andrea made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole property has been set up beautifully, Andrea has gone to great lengths with no expense spared to ensure the rooms are of a very high standard with lovely décor and nice finishing touches.

Excellent stay! Generous off road parking with lots of places to visit in a short walk. Our Room was ready early, and we had a friendly greeting on arrival with keys and welcome pack provided. Our bedroom was very clean, a good size with lots of lovely little touches - towels, toiletries and chocolates. The bathroom was exceptional. The breakfast options were great. Me and my husband will definitely be staying again - great value for money

Arrival we were given instructions on how to access the property, all of which was very easy. Room on the first floor was above anything we were expecting. Lovely large bed, toiletries, tea facilities all ready and waiting for us. Bathroom spacious and the shower we used was fantastic - nice and hot. Breakfast the next morning one full and one half english breakfast, wonderful, Fraser and staff were accommodating and chatty without being over the top. Tasty, local foods all cooked to perfection. We felt very safe with modern technology in place. Plenty of parking if driving, close enough for the train station and if really stuck Fraser was happy to drive to local addresses - very thoughtful. Andrea in charge of accommodation was always available if you needed anything. We loved it and the chickens in the garden, looking forward to staying again with them.

Towel in the bathroom for hand washing - first place most people go is the loo and then realise the towel was in the main room. Chocolate offered - should check on allergies - ferror roche does contain nuts. Window blinds just a small sign to say do not attempt to open windows, we believe Fraser will modify to ensure that this facility will work in future.
