It had a nice view, the bed was comfortable, linens were clean.

The facility is incredibly noisy. You can hear everyone’s television and phone conversations. The door did not seal properly and I found a huge number of bugs in the room in the morning. The storm shutters banged every time the wind blew, and someone’s smoke alarm was beeping the entire night. They advertise wifi, but the onsite staff was very confused by the implementation and was unable to give me wifi. Thankfully I had good cell service and could use my hotspot. I had no running water during my stay, and the staff were not in any hurry to address this issue. I was unable to even take a shower, I had to use baby wipes to clean myself.

Great location with great view. The scenery outside the balcony at night time was beautiful just like a postcard.  The room was comfortable and bed was cozy.

Wish staff was more attentive.

Staff/manager was very accommodating of our need to check in late. Additionally, when we had an issue with our room, she was quick to move us to another. I really liked the code system of getting into hlthe rooms as well -- no keys to return or lose.

Our first room suddenly had a door issue -- we couldn't get out. We used the patio to get out and tried to reenter from the front and the door was just completely stuck. We told the front desk, and she helped us move rooms and checked the door to make sure we weren't just tired and not understanding what to do. The A/C was a little challenging to operate and get to stay functioning.

No one was in the office to check us in. The area is remote, with no restaurants within walking distance. Exterior of building is run down and in need of maintenance. There is no sign, so taxi drivers have trouble finding it.

We got to the property after a long tiring day of travel and they could not let us stay as they had an electrical problem of some kind. But the lady did all she could, including drive us to an alternate hotel. So it was aggravating, but they did the best they could to take care of us.
